Twisted Sugar has an extensive menu of frosted cookies, the majority of which seem to have a sugar cookie base. The cookies are thick and soft, with just enough sweetness that allows for the frosting and toppings to shine. We got the oreo sugar, caramel sugar, twisted sugar, and samoa sugar cookies. We also tried the flamingo soda and a creamsicle smoothie. What we loved was the cookie base. Twisted sugar makes an incredible sugar cookie. Their namesake cookie comes with coconut frosting and a lime wedge that's meant to be squirted on the cookie. How unique is this? AND, it's actually very good! While I wish that they had a few more base options, as the cookies that we tried got a little monotonous, the product is 5 stars. To be fair, I did see that they have oatmeal and peanut butter cookies too, but no chocolate cookie, just a brownie. The staff was excellent too. They have a host of soda combinations and specialty drinks and I wanted to try something that was going to be good. They were honest when I asked about smoothie flavors, stating which ones they had or hadn't tried and they led me to the creamsicle over the pineapple dole whip, frozen hot chocolate, and the October Special, which was creamsicle with chocolate sauce, sprinkles, and whipped cream. It was cold and refreshing. Despite being a little gritty, I really enjoyed it. This is a great place to grab a sweet treat. Check them out!

Very good cookie but sweet we shared them! I really enjoyed the twisted sugar with lime! And the sour lemon with lime!! My husband and kids loved the Nutella and peanut butter one. We were not a fan of their chocolate chip. It was a sweet treat we enjoyed trying!

Twisted Sugar is a home away from home. I always feel so comforted when I walk through the doors. The fun, whimsical decor along with the friendly employees make it so that I could stay forever. The drinks are always ice cold and delicious, meanwhile the cookies are always soft and fresh. My personal favorites are "Da Bom" with regular sprite, and of course, the Twisted Sugar cookie. The lime slice adds that little something that is completely new and original which I REALLY appreciate since there are soda shops that seem to pop up everywhere nowadays. They really stand out from the crowd, and they know how to do business. If you haven't yet stepped in, what's stopping you? You don't wanna pass up on this treat!

Coconut lime, salted caramel and Samoa cookies. All great. Coconut=clear winner. Get this cookie now.

I have to give this place five stars for the coconut lime cookie alone. I loved it. The Samoa was good too. Our third cookie was the salted caramel. The coconut lime was the clear winner. I can't wait to go back and get it again...and try more cookies. Service was great too.

I think whoever wrote the lime in the coconut song is a genius. That flavor combo is and Twisted Sugar KNOWS that! Wide variety of cookies? Check. Massive soda menu? Check. Cute logo design? Check check. My boss Ginger actually brought these to work one day and I was HOOKED. I think it's the sour lime that makes the cookie that much better. Gotta have a balance, man... Twisted Sugar is definitely one of my fav cookie places. And shout out to the girl who let me put my small side in a large cup just for a pic of the logo.

No 44 oz cups or foam cups. I was not told that before they handed me my drinks and this is how full one of them came. I've had a few bad experiences lately at this location. The workers don't seem to want to do a good job haha. Maybe they are overworked and understaffed, i understand if that is the case. But it is still disappointing.

My favorite drink is the Taste of Fall (not on the menu I posted); however, it will give you that pre-workout tingle. What I really like about Radiant Nutrition is: 1. Their drinks are amazingly good. 2. They have a reward system where if you use a reusable bottle/cup, you'll get stamps towards a reward. 3. They have a reward system where if you check-in on Facebook or post on your story on Instagram that you were there and tag them (must show before leaving the store that day), then you'll get stamps towards a reward. 4. Their reward system is $$ off of your order once you hit the goal. 5. They're super involved with the community. 6. They have a variety of drinks where no drinks taste the same. Note: You can grab drinks for the day after or in the future. They will put ice and the pre-workout syrup together. Then when you're ready to take the pre-workout, you just put water in it and shake. OR if you're ready to drink it, then they'll use powder and then put ice and water in it. Don't forget to mix the liquid though! What I like to do is grab 2 drinks at a time so I can drink one now and save one for tomorrow. Give this place a try. I promise you'll fall in love with it like I did especially if you get the Taste of Fall! P.S. they also give military and first responder discounts!

I'm not sure how many ounces a "medium" is but it's more than 24oz I'm guessing. It was huge. But something that didn't add up was the price of the medium was either the same as the price of the 24oz, or the more you make a mix drink, the more it cost. I'm not sure. I had the blackberry twist-pomegranate and it was refreshing. It does not beat the watermelon peach I had another night. I don't know what was in that ice but it lasted all day. Overall, I really do like this place, and I sooo wish it was closer to me. I would be there everyday.

The service is consistently great and the value is hard to beat. The sandwiches are a highlight, and my personal ranking so far: 1. Sandwich de Matambre 2. Sandwich Aconcagua 3. The new pepperoni and cheese empanadas are a must, and honestly every dessert I've had has been outstanding.

It was a little deceiving at first, because the parking lot looked a little empty (some of the other store fronts surrounding it looked empty too). I was happy to find it tucked around the corner. When you walk it, they have a little grocery area and the pastry counter. As you walk past the grocery aisles, you can find the restaurant seating area, which is a pretty big space. I was a bit short on time, so I chose some empanadas and some pastries to go. I tried the chicken, beef, and ham & cheese, which were all delicious. I got this pastry with a fruit similar to guava, which I devoured as well. The staff was super helpful and very patient with me and my indecisiveness. I hope to come back the next time I'm in the area!

Daily Rise is an excellent source for local, recently roasted beans. It's brilliant than you can…read moreget a bag with the date it was roasted written on the bag by hand, and the bag I got from Harmon's yesterday was roasted about a week ago. That's about as good as you'll ever find for something on a Utah store shelf--especially valuable here where it can be hard to find quality roast in lots of Utah towns. The espresso roast has a rich full medium roast flavor, with some bite and with lots of nutty aftertaste. The beans don't have visible oil, even freshly roasted, so they are easy to weigh accurately for grams per volume in your your portafilter, and they go through your grinder smoothly. I like to try whatever local roasts I can find, but Daily Rise combines the freshness of the roast, the exceptional flavor that results, and the consistency for your machine. Probably I have found my new daily standard. Daily Rise espresso roast is called a medium roast and is roasted to the right level for Italian style espresso, even though most espresso roasts are called a dark roast. Daily Rise seems to reserve the dark roast label for their French roast, and French roast needs to be a way darker roast than an Italian espresso roast, so that makes sense.

It all starts with our San Franciscan 25 pound batch roaster. This machine is small enough to allow us to be a small coffee micro-roaster and hand pick out any defects post-roast, yet large enough to produce upwards of 500+ pounds of fresh coffee beans per day to keep up with demand. In addition to this machine, we found we needed a place to cup, taste and evaluate our coffee. This is the reason behind our custom designed cupping bar layout allowing us to invite the public to experience and enjoy the true, yet complex dynamics surrounding the coffee bean in its purest form. The difference between Daily Rise Roasting Company and other roasters can be experienced as well as tasted.
