Rude and unprofessional vibe. Basically got snatched out the chair middle of my tattoo, because I wasn't "checked in". Basically they wanted to complete the payment before tattoo was finished. Which is fine. But the way the guy went about it was rude like "ayo get out the chair right now!" "Stop the tattoo right now he's not checked in!" . Definitely needs a better approach. Wish I didn't finish the tattoo after that. But oh well is what it is. They're Definitely better shops. Don't settle for this over crowded shop with not the best talent obviously. read more

Super cool place! I've gone here twice so far, both for piercings and I plan on coming here again. The first time I came I had my doubles already pierced but they were done HORRIBLY by another business so I wanted to see if she could be able to fix it. A piercer at twisted tattoos took a look and told me that she could definitely fix it but she'd have to add a 3rd piercing quite close to the previous to get them even on both sides. This lady was so incredibly sweet. I went on the website to find out what her name was but she wasn't listed there but let me tell you she was fantastic! I came in and she fixed my lobes for me and I also decided to get a double Helix. I had previously never gotten a cartilage piercing so she talked me thru it and was very patient with me. She was very personable and kind and made sure to make sure I was okay with everything before we continued! I came back today to get another double helix on the other side and sadly the lady I had before was not my piercer. The lady who did this piercing was very kind as-well except she was very much a "get this done and over with" kind of gal but still very sweet. I believe her name was Alex. Both piercers were great and I had no bad experience. I recommend going here for any piercings because I will be doing just that!! read more

Setting up the appointment was super easy. Already had a design drawn and reviewed the portfolio's of each artist and decided I liked Angel's work a lot so I selected him as my artist. About an hour and a half before my appointment I had a missed call from the shop saying to call them (never a good sign)... unfortunately Angel was backed up and I would either have to reschedule or use another artist. :( BUT I'm actually grateful for the scheduling issue because they paired me with the perfect artist, Gabe. I couldn't be more happy with my tattoo and the experience. Gabe was personable, but not too talkative and also bonus points for the movies he put on. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. read more

Got this amazing tattoo from Polo at Twisted Tattoo. A bunch of amazing artist at the shop and the front staff was extremely sweet. Before my appointment they reached out several times with designs to make sure I loved it. If I could give 6 stars I would!!! Great service, very professional on here. They have a system in place that would well. The owner has a great story; read it on their website if you are interested. The place is larger than one night believe, looking from the outside. Once you walk in a waiting room with even a children's play area, a pool table, and several rooms for each of the tattoo artists. When you check in at the front, one of the managers will take your information to see what services you want rendered, and if you have to wait they will call your name when they are ready. Meanwhile, you send pictures of what you want for the tattoos to the # they have on a business card. Next, they will get back to you with their quote. Provided you agree, the artist that is available will consult with you and before you know it you will be starting on the pain necessary for your beautiful tattoo! My artist was Daniel Pena. I cannot say enough good things about him extremely patient with me and my perfectionist wats, worked with me on the sketches for my two tattoos. This was my very first, do I greatly appreciated it. Took a few hours, great experience. He stayed late to finish with me. A manager, Amber, was also there. She was great. Friendly, more than willing to answer all my inquiries regarding tattoos in general, options, aftercare. We arrived around eight in the evening, left before one in the morning. Was able to schedule an appointment easily through messaging them on Facebook. They were able to quote me and schedule through Facebook. When I got there they had myself and another customer wait outside and called in one by one, everything was clean and done well. My artist was Polo and he did a fantastic job, when I started feeling woozy he got me some chips and water and we continued on. Everything was well sanitized, followed all rules and regulations. 3 hours for 300$ so not too bad! Will return again for sure! read more

I got this tattoo done last week by Keith. I sent him about five different pictures for inspiration what he brought to life was exactly what I was envisioning! I do not have an artistic bone in my body, so I could not bring it to life on paper! I am over the moon with this tattoo, this tattoo holds a lot of sentimental weight! Keith was very patient and explained everything in full detail to me. He made sure I was comfortable, he kept checking in with me to make sure I wasn't in to much pain, he even hooked me up with some numb spray when I started to get uncomfortable. They are only getting two stars because they gave me my money back. I went to get my daughters nose pierced after calling to make sure I had all the required documentation and an artist was there for a walk-in. We get there fill out waivers and pay for service. Once that was complete we are told the piercer just left for lunch and will be back in 30ish minutes...ok no big deal we will wait. 30 min later we are told they had a family emergency and won't be back and are options are they can call us if they come back that day or come back tomorrow. read more

i really hate that I have to rate a star. I got my seconds pierced in November by a lady- and told her that I cannot see my blood. she then shows me my blood after piercing my ears and after telling her that I get nauseous when I see my own blood. To add on top. we came in a group of three, and even after all of us getting our piercings, we all developed infections, and yet we all have been cleaning our ears 2-3 times a day. 1 person, out of us three, got 2 other piercings from a different shop, and those are healing just fine. But she's still having problems from the piercing she got at twisted tattoo FROM NOVEMBER. She then got her new ones in January, and they are already look more healed than the ones she got from Twisted Tattoo. I kept sanitizing my ears / cleaning them daily. And still developed a pustule on both the piercings. I do not recommend on getting piercings from here. read more

My sister and I got our matching tattoos done by Daniel. We wanted a custom tattoo, so we started the process by submitting a form online to get a quote. After I submitted the form, Tiara got back to me within 30 minutes with the quote. Our appointments were booked and confirmed with artist Daniel within an hour of submitting our price quote form. I love how easy it was to do everything online and through text! The shop is extremely helpful and responsive which separates this business from the rest. I wanted to change a few things about our tattoo so I called the studio asking when I could discuss the details with Daniel and they gave me his schedule for the entire week and welcomed me to come in whenever he was working. I went in and saw Daniel and he immediately saw me so we could chat. Daniel was very attentive and understanding about the vision I had for my tattoo. The day came for our tattoos to he done and we arrived on time to our appointment. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable, professional, warm and welcoming. As soon as we got there, the front desk staff got all the administrative details from us so quickly and once that was done, we were in Daniel's workstation ready to roll. Daniel was extremely professional, kind, highly talented and a great conversationalist. He followed all COVID guidelines to the highest regard and everything was super clean and consistently sanitized. He also plays great music, which is a plus - we were jamming! Daniel did a PHENOMENAL job on our tattoos. We LOVED them, however when we got home and took our bandages off, we realized some of the lines were slightly faint, really nothing that was a big deal - the tattoos still looked phenomenal, I just wanted it to be perfect. I called the studio and let them know and they were so understanding and apologetic. They said we could come right back and they would fix us up right away. When we returned, Daniel was so apologetic and fixed us right up. He thanked us for coming back and allowing him to make our tattoos perfect. I loved his positive attitude and cheerful personality. He made us feel safe and welcomed in his space. Overall, I had an exceptionally positive experience with this shop. This shop is extremely clean with a very family-friendly, chill atmosphere. I felt so welcomed and at ease through the entire process. I will absolutely be returning for all my future work. Twisted Tattoo, thank you so much for everything! You guys are amazing.
