Unfortunately, that is not the way things ended up with the issues afterwards. The yard cleanup was not very thorough. If a better yard cleanup would have been done, they certainly would have noticed that a piece of their equipment was left behind in my yard. The other issue, which I didn't notice until the next day, was that they had caused a large crack in my sidewalk when they backed their truck onto my yard. I called them that day regarding the equipment piece left and the cracked sidewalk. At that time, I asked if the cracked sidewalk was something that they covered and was told it was. Also, that day, someone from the company came over to pick up equipment and to take pictures of the sidewalk crack. He informed me that someone from the company would be contacting me. Since that time, I've called 2 more times and left 2 more messages. It has now been over 3 wks. and there has been absolutely NO RESPONSE from Tree Service. If you have a problem, you will be completely ignored. I truly regret choosing Tree Service to do the job and I definitely would not recommend them.

TWICE the owner Steve King no called no showed scheduled appointments with no phone call explanation. They left rust pile messes in my yard, oil stains on my sandstone pavers, and wanted to try to tell me that *31 days* from the time the contract was signed was an acceptable amount of time to get the job done. So I contacted Dennis tree service to have an area that I already cleared. I needed the brush removed and ground graded and ready for seed. While they came 4 weeks after initial start date. Hoa disturbed them and needed approval for clearing. After dealing with hoa for 8 months I got consent to continue. Seth and the main office have treated me like a joke for reaching back out for them to create a new estimate to finish the originally started project. I've made numerous attempts to contact office where I'm informed I'll receive a call back within 10 min. Days go by no calls. I've left voicemails inquiring what would be the cause of this disrespect to receive apology's and reaffirmation that someone will be in touch.
