It's on a very busy commercial side road and you will definitely pass it if you're not looking. The building is very old and they don't even have a sign out front. All the employees were very pleasant to work with and talk to. I started corresponding to order our next batch of Tshirts through email with Kathryn. We were given a quote, so I proceeded with the order. When the shirts came in we were given the invoice and couldn't believe the amount was $1000 over the quoted price. They did not account for half the shirts during the quote process and they were very apologetic. To be fair, they tried their best to rectify the situation, and actually took it down a bit, but we still paid over $1000 and above what we were wanting to pay. I'm not happy this happened, but customer service was on and for that I can overlook this, as long as it doesn't happen again.

I wasn't expecting it to be very good, because of the size of the file I made. When he unrolled the banner, I couldn't believe my eyes. I was impressed. Friday, 1/24 I returned with my iPad which contained a video of the twin of the above grandson,also autistic, but learning to ride a motorbike. I did a quick search on Google and found this place that's within 10 minutes of my current location. Talk about timing - perfect! This shop is located inside of Pembroke Mall in Virginia Beach...it's not to far from the department store, Sears. I walked in and two employees were working on products, but I was immediately greeted upon entering. I spent maybe 10 minutes in the store and the male employee advised he could do the custom shirt for $25. Now if I have my own shirt, the cost will be $20. Special thanks to Sears - I found the shirt I needed and it was on sale. I returned and went over the details of print I wanted on the shirt. Everything seemed simple enough - all good! However, the pick up date was set for the following day. I'm not sure why the shirt wasn't printed at the time I placed the order, but I didn't need it until the following Monday, so no worries here. So it's 5pm the next day and my shirt is ready for pick up! But OMG!!! The shirt was printed with the color I DID NOT request! OMG... I was a little disappointed but after a minute or so of explaining myself to the same guy I placed my order with, he advised "bring me another shirt and I'll reprint it for you" - OMG again so thankful for Sears - another quick run and picked up the same style/color shirt. I returned back to the shop and my shirt was printed in minutes. Needless to say, I have two shirts now. Two for the price of one! So yeah how can I possibly be mad now. I'm giving this place nothing less than four stars because of the customer service and convenience. I quickly turned my frown right-side up! My advice to you - if you decide to use this company triple check to make sure they have the details of your order right the first time. I called several other embroidery and screen printing locations and every single one said they could not provide the turnaround I was hoping for. GDC definitely saved the day when they were able to get me the t-shirts before our tournament. One of the things I liked most about GDC was their communication. We were able to work on everything through email and a handful of phone calls. The shirts came out great and everyone on the team loved the design and the quality of the shirts. The only negative that I can give is that they do not have a defined area for customers in their office, so you are literally in their office when you walk in. But other than that, I plan to use them again and would highly recommend GDC for your screen printing and embroidery needs. They will definitely work with you and help you produce a quality and reasonably priced product.

I reached out to them via email and received a response the same day. Payment was easy to take care of online and my order was ready to pick up the next day! I was a fool and ordered a different set of stickers from an online shop (cough cough Overnight Prints cough) the same week to skip driving back there to pick up my order. That order still has not arrived and we are now weeks past the delivery estimate. The stickers I ordered from the online company will be useless by the time they arrive as the event I needed them for has already passed. Lesson learned- just shop & print local. I will never use another printer…read more Josh and his staff are nothing short of amazing. I had a large corporate event last week and we needed a ton of promo stuff. Flag banners, t-shirts, hats, laminated labels and business cards. Every single item was perfect. The labels were turned around in under 24 hours. The hats were delayed a bit ( due to a problem on my end, not his ), but Josh had them delivered to me when they came in. Seriously, who does that? If you need anything printed, embroidered, laminated or created, save yourself some time and headache and just call Josh. We will never use another company. I have another event coming up next month and Im already putting together my next order.
