Found this gem over the weekend. I've never heard of this type of place until we were watching Mormon Moms on Hulu! Saw we had a similar place close by, so headed up. The selections are great, very unique names and mixes. I have to admit I tried the Pretty Pretty Princess:) The staff was great helping to explain and quick service. OMG! I didn't think it was possible for a restaurant to have all 5-star reviews, but after checking it out for myself; I can see why! Twisters Soda Bar is the local, small business equivalent to Swig, the Utah-born home of the "dirty soda," made popular by the Hulu series "The Secret Life of Mormon Wives." However, it's not just soda at Twisters--they also have energy drinks, coffees, slushies, and boba! I was honestly overwhelmed with all the drink choices, plus the option to create your own mix, but I took the waitress's suggestion and ordered the Pdiddle--a base of Dr. Pepper (my favorite soda), mixed with strawberry puree and coconut crème. It was fruity, tropical, and DELICIOUS! My boyfriend tried the drink of the week, the Bonfire, which was root beer with marshmallow crème. He didn't expect the flavors to go together well, but he was pleasantly surprised! Twisters is located right across from Pendleton HS, making it the perfect place for a study date or to grab some caffeine before school. I will definitely be back to try the holiday drinks, or make my own combination! read more

I have had a couple of drinks at the high school last basketball season and enjoyed them so I knew that I needed to check out the shop to see the extended menu. I had a hard time just picking more drink this time. I love the marshmallow coke and it had little ghosts faces drawn on the cup. I definitely will be back. Love the creative names of the drinks and the friendly faces. One more plus is that they have a reward club to earn free drinks with purchases. A very cool addition to Pendleton located directly west of the high school. They have a tremendous selection of mixed (non-alcoholic) refreshments in any combination. It is very spacious inside, and a menu board at the counter and on screens above show your options, available syrups, liquids, and so on. Plenty of seating is available with a foosball table (!) It's clear the owners put a lot of thought into their space and it is clean and cheery. There are dozens of recommended mixes they will concoct (June Jam and Cloud Nine are favorites with us) but if you wanted a lemonade with ten shots of coconut they would accommodate you. Sizes range from 16oz on up, a typical (house) 32oz drink will run you around $5 or so. Can run more or less depending on what you get with your drink. Served with chewable ice (nice touch) and staffed by the local high schoolers. Punch cards are available for frequent customers (buy 10 get the 11th free) and we have already been thru a full card. Very nice place and we enjoy this addition to Pendleton. read more

This place is great. They have so much to choose from. The service was great! I couldn't decide and the ladies asked me what things I like and offered suggestions. It's a cute little gem off the beaten path. They have light snacks but no food. The drinks they suggested did not disappoint. My boys loved their drinks too. The drink range from regular soda to fun named drinks with all kinds of add ins. You can customize any way you want. Great find. read more

There are soooo many drink options to choose from. If I were to choose between Twisters and Swig, I would 100% choose Twisters! I have had the Dancing Queen, the Twister, and the Jaws drink. I have also had the chocolate-covered strawberries in a cup that they offer. Everything has been delicious! The workers are always so kind too. I love Twister's!!! Everyone who works here is always so nice and friendly, and the drinks are so fun and creative! The inside is always very clean and they do a great job decorating. Pricing is very reasonable which I like too. I come here at least once or twice a week because I love this place so much! Highly recommend the "Fall Creek Water". My husband stopped in to get me one after he visited the gym. I swapped it for Diet Dr Pepper and initially they made it with sugar-free sweet cream, as well. I was happy to drink it with the sugar-free cream, but when they heard him in the phone with me, and realized my husband got my order wrong, they remade it, free of charge and told him "happy wife, happy life".
