Slammed window in face and made us wait 10 minute for our other shaved ice while the 4 shaved ice we have is all melting. Ask if they can remake 1 but said we will have to pay for it again. Didn't even get to enjoy or even eat my shaved ice. I will never go here again! My first experience and my last experience! I called to leave my number for the owner but they never got back to see what the problem was. Plus it would be nice if they had drink carriers as well. Just imagine trying to drive home with 5 shaved ice and two people when all the ice melted to liquid because the worker messed up our order and never fixed it.

It isn't the best, but you're getting what you pay for. There is a drive through, or a walk up window for orders. Plenty of outside seating as well. Service is sometimes a hit or miss, but please take into account that the majority of staff are high schoolers needing a summer job. This is a great local and inexpensive place to bring your family on a hot summer day.
