Exceptional Food & Outstanding Service - We stopped by for the first time and were blown away by both the food and the customer service. Since this was our first visit, we went inside to order, and every staff member went above and beyond to help us understand their coffee and pastry options. They explained how their drinks have more of a true coffee flavor and helped me customize mine by reducing the number of espresso shots to achieve the lighter, sweeter, fluffier taste I prefer. I ended up with a medium seasonal drink featuring brown sugar and caramel, made with just one shot of espresso which was delicious. The scones were the best I've had. We tried the lemon, java chip, and pumpkin flavors, along with a pecan roll. The lemon and java chip were our personal favorites. You can tell this place is a local gem--while waiting in line, regulars shared their top picks, and the lemon blueberry scone was a top recommendation. The interior is just for ordering, but there are outdoor tables available. Most customers seem to use the drive-thru, which keeps things moving smoothly. We're looking forward to our next visit to the Green Bay area to try more flavors. read more

Sunday morning: 0830. Quick ordering time. 1 hot speciality coffee and one iced coffee. Both not overly strong and sweetened appropriately. Tasted like Scooters or Caribou. Chorizo breakfast burrito: filling, light spice, and equivalent to Iron Duck in quality Monkey bread pastry: delicious. Soft, well seasoned. Brown butter scone: soft, airy, full of flavor. Been twice and both times were fantastic. The service is friendly and quick. I enjoy going in as opposed to the drive thru because the choices are all so yummy that it takes me a while to decide. Plus I like watching the kitchen making the goodies. There's outdoor seating, but unfortunately no space inside. I will frequent more often because their options change monthly. Great pastries, and friendly staff, but we have gone there 3 times in the month of June, but the lobby was closed, and there were 3 or 4 cars in line at the drive through. We just got back in the car and left. Dont understand the lack of access to go inside to get products. Have kind of given up on going there. read more

I'm usually not one for drama (yes I am) but Two Birds Bakery makes the best iced vanilla latte I've ever had. Their bakery is fantastic and they go above and beyond to create fun seasonal drinks (WDP Phantoms Homecoming lemonade, Sanderson sisters lotus, etc). The service is so friendly and while you're waiting indoors for your drink you can see all of their baking equipment and watch your drink get made in real time. They have hand dipped ice cream available as well, I've not tried that yet but the flavors are unique enough that they've piqued my interest (Fat Elvis, anyone???). Overall, Two Birds has quickly become my absolute favorite coffee spot to stop at. There's a drive though in addition to being able to order indoors which is super convenient because not everyone has the time to run inside. Such a great spot! We stopped for breakfast while visiting our daughter at snc and will definitely be back. We had the breakfast burrito which was delicious and the daily quiche which was equally good. The scones and cookies were yummy and the cakes looked gorgeous.
