Progressive sent them to me for a lock out in PA they must have been in DE the whole time because I waited 2 full hrs called them 3 times and the tracker kept telling me en route. However after the 2gr window they said oh yea please wait another 90 mins. Absolutely insane and I kept telling them it was me and my child in a dark area in the woods in a business that closed while I waited on them in the rain. I even ubered to a nearby gas station for safety and then progressive called a new company which I highly recommend.
