I typically love Graeter's. But they don't give you two full scoops anymore at this location! I always get two scoops, and my fiancé always gets one scoop, so I have multiple samples. The amount of ice cream she gets with her one scoop is the same amount -- sometimes MORE -- as what I get with two scoops. She thinks it's funny and I get that it's kind of petty and silly, but it's also just bad business. I want what I am paying for, I mean weigh it if you have to, or train your employees more, but at least eyeball it and give me the same as a one scoop gets, times two. It's not that hard. A two-scoop order should contain roughly twice as much ice cream as a one-scoop order. I shouldn't have to order two separate single scoops just to get the amount that "two scoops" is supposed to include. The ice cream has also gone downhill. They are using WAY more chocolate than ice cream these days, which is odd, considering rising chocolate prices.
