Even if the client hadn't followed through giving these folks the boundaries, one would think there would be no need to give warning that essentially be trying to break into my home is not acceptable. They parked right in front of the door and when Jim found my door locked he proceeded to rattle and rattle it, causing my dog to jump up defensively, in turn knocking the release bar, and Jim, while being told by both a human and a canine to STOP - he continued attempting to enter my home. Then looking at me oddly when he was told very firmly to shut the door and get out! Next thing I see is smoking in my property. Oh and I looked out one time and there very much appeared to be someone taking down their pants too. So... This; all after they cancelled at noon Saturday, 27 hours before the project, then four hours later on the same Saturday they un-cancelled it. Later, the worker apologized, which was good of him and I appreciated it. I gave each worker a $100 tip for 4.5 hours of work. They damaged my TV but the owner Jim is making that good. That is all anyone could ask of a business when they do something wrong. If they make it good, they are good people and you can trust them. That is what Jim is. When things don't go quite the way you expect, he steps up. This is so rare in today's world. My hat is off to him. The two gentlemen who did the work did it quickly. It was a hot day and they just toughed it out. I think the heat had something to do with the bad atttitude. Again, he apologized and really, what more can one ask? We are all human. So all in all, I would definitely use them again.

We then had to rearrange ubox pick up dates and wait for him to unload. 2- we made a verbal agreement that we needed the boxes unpacked, in their respective rooms. This is something he did not do. 3- he still demanded to be paid in full for a job that took him only an hour to do... Overall a horrible experience. He did not keep his word, nor handle our time respectfully. I will not be recommending him in the future.
