Two Bunch Palms is a beautiful property with a unique atmosphere that makes you feel like you're somewhere special. Unfortunately, that's where the experience begins and ends. The rooms are perfectly average and could use more care and attention. We visited during the low season, which I assumed would be the ideal time for the resort to go above and beyond and create loyal returning guests. Instead, most of the wellness classes listed on the schedule were canceled, leaving very little to do. The breakfast buffet was the biggest disappointment. It lacked variety, freshness, and any sense of hospitality. It doesn't take a large budget to make breakfast feel inviting--a platter of seasonal fruit like watermelon, peaches, or berries, a few healthier options, and a little presentation would go a long way. Instead, we were served plain eggs, sausages, and some of the worst overnight oats I've ever tasted. The coffee was good, but it couldn't make up for such an uninspired meal. What makes this especially disappointing is that the fixes aren't expensive or complicated. This property already has everything it needs to be exceptional--the natural setting, the hot springs, and the peaceful atmosphere. It simply feels like management has stopped putting love into the guest experience. I'm giving Two Bunch Palms 3 out of 5 stars. The property is special, but almost everything else feels average. With more attention to the details that guests actually remember, this place could easily deserve five stars.

Unfortunately, the beauty and calm that Two Bunch offers is immediately eliminated when you leave and see your final invoice where they are fraudulently charging you for fees that are non existent or that you already pre paid for. And this is confirmed to you by their dead silence when requesting further details. Disappointed to see such a great place be tainted by greed.

Two Bunch Palms I'm enjoying a nice few days at Two Bunch Palms. The entrance has a little security house to let you into the compound. Overall this place felt pretty safe but check-in was so simple that it didn't feel like a modern vibe. It felt rushed without even explaining the facilities. This was our first time here and I feel like they should let guests know about the lithium baths, farm-to-table food, and also the many variety of classes for free. With high winds though some things got canceled for class-wise. The room felt like a little bit too old school they might want to update it! My favorite part though was the delicious food options they have. The interior of the main dining hall is great and feels cozy! If this could reflect the hotel rooms that would be great. Also, the room walls were paper thin, you could hear your neighbors when they talk or even turn on the television. Still, I probably would come back just because the food was delicious. Also, it was peaceful and relaxing. Didn't really stay in the room except to sleep.

Second time visiting Two Bunch Palms and it was incredible. We asked for an upgrade and got a great deal for a room with our own soaking tub. The property is so relaxing and well maintained, and their restaurant is great. We love the wellness classes and areas to hang out and enjoy. The sound bath was so relaxing that we fell asleep. We also did the Pilates and tarot card reading in the past.

We have been here two different times and we love it here! The property is well maintained and very clean. Both times we stayed in the Spring Rooms area and we love that it's really close to the hot spring pools! There's also some nice spa packages as well! Really nice place and very peaceful and relaxing!

The fact that there are any reviews that aren't 5-stars about this place is genuinely baffling to me. My husband and I stayed here, both looking for a desert oasis and a relaxing retreat, which is exactly what we found at Two Bunch Palms. Nestled in away in Desert Hot Springs, this adults-only resort offers amazing spa services, full restaurant and bar on-site (loaded with fresh and healthy food choices), private and communal hot springs, and tons of daily classes ranging from yoga to meditation to sip and paint. For an extra cost, you can get private tours and classes set up, and enjoy some more premium offerings like stargazing and wine tasting. The property is well-maintained, the rooms are spotless, the service is friendly, and the resort is quiet, calm, and serene. You really feel like you're isolated in the best way - this is one of those resorts you never have to leave. Highly recommended the Mindful Meditation class, visiting The Grotto, taking the nature and history tour with Kerry, and the hot stone massage. Preferably all of the above if you can!

I just returned home from my 4 night stay at Two Bunch Palms, and it blew away my expectations! I stayed the last week of June, when resort isn't busy, and the weather is cookin'. Arriving on a Tuesday and leaving on a Saturday. I was seeking a spiritual retreat with daily included activities that was close to home / in CA. I went for the spiritual experiences and planned to do as much as I could on their calendar. I added on a Sacred Tarot Reading 1:1 as well as a 1:1 healing. I booked both a few weeks out, and the resort doesn't tell you ( I also didn't ask) who performs these/ who is on staff. I didn't mind, I wanted to be surprised and just flow with the experiences. My 1:1 healing was with Paul Willis and the session was incredible. He is VERY gifted. My 1:1 Scared Tarot was with Ron and I was equally as happy with his gifts and the reading, it was spot on. I have a lot to take away from both, and reflect on. I also went to the included Sage healing and Angel card reading by Donna and once again was just blown away by her knowledge and readings. Other activities that I loved: the painting and wine was hilarious and fun, the mediation was fantastic and the morning Yoga sessions were perfect. Everyone on staff kind and talented. I wish there were just a few more classes, like a late afternoon yoga session or 2. The accommodations/ room were great, My room was a bit far from the food and pools, but close to the yoga dome. I only wish they had a few more things by the "far away rooms" like a 2nd complimentary coffee station near us in the AM. The wait / service staff were kind and attentive. And if I couldn't find someone or needed anything all I had to do was text the front desk. One of my favorite spots was the Grotto pool. A concrete tub is also a MUST, but in the warm weather you might want to book It for after dinner/ star gazing. The Food was also excellent, although I wish there were maybe 3 more items on the dinner menu. A few more Veg/ Vegan dishes (GF), and more gluten free desserts. Thank you Two Bunch Palms!

Absolute nonsense. Pay a thousand for a room, and you need to book a pool! In my opinion, there is another reason for being here and no, don't you guys think so? So the hotel rents out the pool to someone just for the day, and people who have booked a room need to book a pool!?? Don't you think there aren't enough pools for all the visitors?? If you rent out a pool to those who don't rent a room, then you need to build another one, don't you think?! So people who book a room at the hotel are created absolutely uncomfortable! So, in your opinion, I should sit in the room while the person who paid to sit by the pool swims there?? What kind of strange logic is this!! This is simply shocking. The food is not tasty, the service is bad, people complain about hidden charges from their account after check-out, the prices for the spa are insane and judging by the comments, there is also a risk of robbery, and at the same time, in your opinion, I should sit in the room and wait for the pool to become available. Shock content.

    Diliara B.

The most expensive hotel room and so much dirt! Guys! When you raise prices several times, don't forget to raise the service as well! The floors are dirty, there is someone else's hair everywhere, even on the walls! The paper holder fell off! Garbage near the pool, the walls are dirty in the room. Non-compliance with price and quality Also with other rooms, for years the same broken thing, torn tiles on the floor, you can hurt your leg without problems if you don't notice it.

Lunch by the pool (Vegan Caesar and Chicken Pita).
