She created a mock up of what my aisle would look like and remained patient as I went over and over the details and changed many details. My brother even texted back asking if the driver could leave them in the mail room since their building doesn't have a front desk, but instead they were left unattended in the lobby. Because there was no note identifying who they were for, someone ended up taking them. This completely defeated the purpose of sending a birthday gift. Ryan and I had a meeting over the phone to discuss what I was envisioning for the big day, and my budget. I sent over a few Pinterest photos, and the rest was history! It was truly that easy! Ryan communicated every step of the way and was very responsive! The bouquets were delivered directly to the hotel in glass vases (complimentary), which we were able to use as table centerpieces for the wedding reception.
