However I will say I have walked in and out of that store at least 2x intending to purchase something and not done so. I realize customer service experiences are subjective - my irritation may not even prickle a hair on someone else. But unless they have new owners from about 3 years ago - or maybe some type of attitude adjustment. I would prefer to get my flowers elsewhere. If wondering, if you can get this specific flavor (lemon, rosemary, elderflower) directly at the bakery listed on the box the answer is yes but that's only if your willing to buy them in bulk...like about 200 lol. This flavor is specially made for Tulipia so go ahead and make a stop in to pick you up a box or two to satisfy that sweet tooth. I ordered flowers for a client as a just because. Asked for them to be delivered within the next day or so time wasn't critical. The whole thing felt very transactional. I asked for them to send me a picture of the flowers so I would know what they looked like either via email or text, and they refused. I did get a thank you for my client, but no rave reviews. I would never use them again. Very cold in a very warm business. Seems like a bad match. read more

I have no issue with the selected flowers or the delivery, which was done much faster than promised. My issue is with the cost of the arrangement versus what was actually delivered. The small arrangement pictured cost $75 and that didn't include delivery, which brought the total cost to $92.50. Can't help but feel a little ripped off. I regularly order flowers for delivery and have paid a lot less for a lot more. Don't know if I'll use Tulipia again. read more

The arrangement they made for me as a walk in was gorgeous, but there was minimal exchange of words after I told them what I was sort of looking for. It was clear I didn't really know what I wanted and I didn't get much help figuring it out or wasn't asked any questions about what I was thinking or who I was shopping for. I was enticed to the surprisingly artistic floral arrangements by Groupon. I'm not sure if I can afford to continue to go there sans deal as my arrangement of three roses, two calla lillies, an unknown flower, and some greenery cost over $75 with tax. Admittedly a stunning design in a glass, cube vase. My only request was that they throw together something that would last at least two weeks. I didn't request special colors or flowers or anything - just that it survive. There were brown spots on some of the petals within a day and the entire bouquet was dead and smelled like swamp about a week later. Maybe I was supposed to change the water more than once or feed it special plant food, but I wouldn't know. I wasn't given any directions when I picked it up. Other than the ultimate demise of my purchase, I had a pleasant experience with Tulipia. The owner, Peter, was very professional and friendly when I ordered my arrangement over the phone and then again when I picked it up. The shop was nice. Parking was easy. read more

This was a pretty small job -- just two containers of flowers for the Bimah (pulpit) of the sanctuary at the boy's Bar Mitzvah. But Peter and Ashley are serious about their flowers. They even wanted to have a meeting about it! I just gave them a few colors to work with and said, have fun. They were gorgeous, and I would definitely use them again. This is from their website: "Peter Kingston and partner Ashley Kelly visit the flower market five times a week to hand select flowers. Arrangments are in the pave style, which focuses on the flowers, not the greenery. More flowers and less greenery are naturally more expensive, but well worth it." The arrangements I got were $125 each, but they offered a smaller arrangements for as little as $50 a piece. That seemed pretty reasonable to me. read more

I received flowers from Tulipia for Mothers Day on Sunday. By Wed 90% of the arrangement was dead. I had changed the water and snipped the stems twice I called on Thurs and explained the situation. The person I spoke to said if I had called Tues, they might have been able to help. But that flowers only last 4-7 days. This is actually false. I have gotten many flowers in my lifetime- and if they are fresh most of them last a week or longer. I think the flowers weren't fresh and it was poor customer service. I called another local florist and they said they expect their flowers to last a week or longer. Needless to say I , my family and others I convey this to will purchase flowers elsewhere. read more

I reached out to the store and the owners were very gracious and replaced the flowers for no charge. For some reason the location that the map indicates is wrong. However, I called the floral shop and the gentleman provided the cross streets and the church's name that is across the street. Amazing looking flowers!!! I love them so much!!! Unfortunately I went to order some for my wedding and was pushed off 3 times. The first because they had a friend there and were chatting it up, the second they told me the wedding person wasn't there so they told me to come back although I came at a time they asked me to and lastly they just seemed uninterested in my business like they just didn't even want to deal with me. My husband always orders flowers for me from here and they are so amazing looking but the owners are very selective with their clientele and if they don't like you they make it obvious. Whether I call to inquire about a certain piece or just pop in, they are always delightful. They have a wonderful Girl's Night Out every fall that they obviously go all out for. Tulipia did all of the flowers for both my rehearsal dinner and my wedding three years ago. The entire experience of working with Peter and Ashley greatly exceeded all of our expectations. They did a site visit with us prior to making any final decisions and their outstanding eye for detail figured out a better lay out for the room then the actual wedding coordinator had. The two owners listened to the many ideas that both my mom and I had and were able to come up with the most innovative designs that were all spot on to our requests. The best way to describe the quality of their work is to tell you a story about my husband's aunt who is one of those who settles for nothing but the best and who always speaks her mind. Every single time we have been at an event with this aunt since our wedding she points out that although the flowers are nice they are nothing like the amazing display that she saw at our wedding. She then proceeds to tell everyone how she has never seen flowers where each and every stem was so perfect. My mom still frequents the shop on a regular basis for flowers, gifts and home accessories (the store really is to die for!). Peter and Ashley are so sweet with her that everytime she shops there she calls me the moment she leaves to report on how great the guys are. They always ask her about my husband and I and they have definitely put the baby bug in my mom's ear which is only fitting because they will surely be doing the arrangements for my baby shower someday! read more

I found some beautiful fresh orchids that were perfect for the shoot. They are still sitting on my desk looking lovely after 4 days.
