Absolute terrible experience an example of fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. So I bought four tires and was trying to get the strongest ones available. The first tires presented came with a great discount so they said. They weren't strong enough for my needs so I asked to keep searching and the ones they finally came up with discounted gone out the window and price seemed much higher. So I purchased the tires and have them done buy them. Couple days later I was doing mechanical work I needed to pull off back wheel. There were two lug nuts that were impacted on cross-threaded. Had to replace two bolts myself. Did not leave a review after this point. I've recently gone back and had them swap out a new tire and balance and rotate. Should be simple enough but somehow they screwed it up again. My 4 by 4 light comes on after exceeding 40 miles an hour. I went back and have them rebalance and same issue happened again. I'm now going to Costco to have them rebalanced to fix the issue. Not to mention they could not find my tire purchase in their system for some strange reason. nothing but problems and redirection from this company so I highly recommend you find somebody else. read more

These guys have been awesome, I have been here 5 times total. I've bought new tires, had one plugged a couple of used tires and again today for another set of new tires. I've been to this place twice to have tires put on. The first experience was fine. Nothing noteworthy. Counter guy was friendly. The second time was a different story. Counter guy was still friendly, but after having my second pair of tires put on I started to get a lot of low and flat tires. Sometimes just get a little low, sometimes rim on the ground flat. This went on irregularly over a couple months. Checked the tires several times for punctures or anything. Nothing. Fast forward: road trip and stranded in Colorado. Took it to a tire shop and low and behold, the tires weren't cleaned around the seem before mounting so I got erratic leaks out the seem. One tire ended up being trashed. Sidewall started to split from being flat so many times. I go out of my way to patron privately owned shops. But I can't do that if things are done poorly. read more

I LOVE these guys! This is the second time I've needed a set of four tires - FAST! For the first set, they sold me a beautiful pair of used tires (you couldn't even tell they were used!) and ordered an additional matching set of new tires. There was no one to greet me at the front door, there was just tires everywhere and two guys working in the back. For me, that's what I like to see, I can walk up and look around at a huge selection then I was addressed by one of the men working on a current customers vehicle. I just like the fact that the reason why I had to wait 30 seconds was because they were all busy working hard. He had urgency and got straight to the point with me. And told me the prices and my choices very quickly and I was able to be on the same page with him from the beginning. The service charge to replace a tire was 5 bucks, then 5 bucks to replace a really crappy looking valve stem, and 45 for a very new looking tire of my choice picked from a big selection. Quick, easy, nice, to the point, helpful, thoughtful...etc. it almost feels like you just took your vehicle to a friend's garage so they can fix it for you. I went in a few months ago to purchase 2 tires to be put on my cragars. The size I needed, 235 60 15, they only had used available at the time I was there. I noticed that the tires had some cracking before purchasing them so I asked the salesman (I believe his name was Anthony) if they were ok. Anthony told me that that was usual from the Arizona heat and that they were in good shape. So I purchased the tires and had them put on my 2 Cragars and Anthony loaded into the cab of my truck for me. I get home that night from work and unload the tires and noticed that the tires are in terrible shape from the sun rot and look like they were going to burst at any time. So I went to load the wheels back into my truck to return them the following morning when I notice 1 of the wheels has a bend on the lip. As if it had been dropped or the air tool they use to blow it on the bead caught the rim or something? I get back to the tire shop the following morning at their opening time. Anthony was not there so I talk to another guy. I got my money back from the tires that they should have thrown in the dumpster in the first place. The guy took my number and said he would give it to Anthony so we could discuss the rim. Later that day I speak to Anthony and send him pictures of the damage. Hes not sure how the damage would of happened and wasnt willing to own up to it. He said he would talk to another guy and be back in touch. A few days had passed and in the mean time I get the wheel repaired at a discounted price of $100. I finally hear back from Anthony and all they are willing to do is get me a set of tires at their cost which (which was bs) because its hard for me to believe that the price he qouted me at there cost was higher than what Big O and Discount was retail out the door. So all in all I was sold tires that never should have been sold, my rim was damaged in the process and it cost ME $100 to have repaired. I would highly recommend staying away from this "tire shop." read more

Long story short - I originally had taken my car to Big O Tires and was lied to and told my tires were "beyond repair and $300 to replace the front two" after I took them to get air since the air pressure light came on .. since they couldn't tell me why they were "beyond repair" I found and decided to check out Two Gringos! They got me in and out very quickly and ensured me that my 2014 tires still had plenty of life. Either way - Two Gringos was VERY professional and cares for their customer! I highly recommend them! Yes, their tires are cheap...but you get what you pay for. Got mine done and my car wasn't riding right, lots of vibrations and thumps. Took it back in to have them balanced correctly, but the wait time was 2 hours. A wise man told me that tires are the foundation of your car and to never trust a second rate tire shop to do them, so I went to Discount Tire Center and they were horrified at how my tires had been "balanced". And they will price match any competitors price. Sorry Gringos, I will not be returning to your shop....ever. read more

I drive a Jeep Wrangler and anyone who knows anything about Jeeps knows that the up keep is ridiculously expensive. I went to big o tires and discount and was quoted nothing short of 1100 for 4 tires. I came across this hidden gem by word of mouth and was able to get five Brand new tires for less than 500. Angel is your go to man if you're in need of assistance. What I really admired was that he was not out to get my money he was solely concerned about my safety and getting me the best price for what I could afford. Angel treated me like family and that's one of the many reasons they earned my business. Great people working here. I don't normally buy used tires, but had one bald tire and three good tires after an alignment problem. I got a tire for 40$ installed. The tread was in similar shape to my existing three that are less than a year old. They aren't just selling trash tires here. I want to start off by saying the staff was SUPER friendly and welcoming. They helped me pick out two used tires and seemed to very knowledgeable. I was in and out service was speedy and the price was great. Two weeks later i was on the I-10 when i had a complete blowout. I unfortunately did not have a blowout in a VERY inconvenient place. Needless to say they had to delay traffic on the freeway so i could get my car to a safer place. DPS came to help me change my tire and he was shocked and furious at how bad the tires were. He was surprised i even made it two weeks on the tires and said they were a joke and should not have been put on my car. The tires that were sold to me were 9 and 8 years old. I went to Discount Tire and got two new tires and i kid you not, there was a guy there getting serviced who bought tires from Two Gringos and he has a messed up fender from having a blow out and his tires were sold to him at 12 years old. Anyway, I gave the old tires to Two Gringos and they gladly gave me a refund no fuss or problems, which i was very grateful for! I am a young single female who doesnt know much about cars/tires and i was so shaken up from my blowout i didn't need arguments at the time. They apologized for what had happened. acting on a referral, I got 4 used tires here about a couple of months ago - my experience was really good - they are courteous and want to give you a fair shake - the out the door price was quite reasonable - I left pleased - today I returned because I discovered one of the tires had a slow leak - it was past the 30 day warranty period but they repaired it for free because they believed it had a small puncture when it was initially put on - this speaks to me of integrity - they could have charged me - I believe their business will continue to thrive based on how well they treat customers - I highly recommend them for discount tires read more

I drove all the way out to Mesa to go to this place. I thought they would have the best deal and it would be worth the drive. They replaced 3 of my tires with what they said were 2 matching "new" tires, and 1 used tire of a different make. I have to save every penny. They told me all 3 tires were guaranteed for 30 days. About a week later, one of the front "new" tires was totally flat. Okay, that can happen to anyone. When I took the flat to a local Discount Tire, they informed me the tire had been mounted improperly and that caused the flat. I called Two Gringos and explained the situation. I had to drive all the way back out to Mesa to get a new tire. I was told on the phone that they had it in stock. When we got to the location, we were told they did not have a "used" tire in stock for my car but they could mount a new tire and charge me additionally. Why would you charge a customer when your employee mounted the tire improperly in the first place? I think this is terrible customer service! I had no choice but to agree. I blame myself for traveling so far from home but that does not mean I should have paid on top of my existing inconvenience. read more
