Came in for a basic alignment on my wife's commuter car and was worked on right away, no apt necessary and was such an easy process. Big facility with multiple lifts and work stations w/ mechanics/technicians busy working. Appreciate the multiple seating options for waiting customers, especially the large window looking into the service bays. Spoke to the mgr while waiting and wanted to have him do specific services on my truck, m4 and s2000 which he reported they could do all that. Very knowledgeable and customer friendly. Just based on how I was treated and how meticulous the mechanics were with taking care of my car, I will be back for sure with my other vehicles. Keep up the great work over there guys. read more

Came here looking for some new tires for my Jeep, mostly due to the fact that they had better prices than the chain tire shops in the city. Talked with some chill guys who talked to me like a friend rather than a customer and long story short a few days later I left with brand new tires that were mounted, balanced, and aligned. My vehicle was driving smoother than it ever has been which was very nice because I had to drive out of state right after. 10/10 will be coming back to these guys if I need anything and I'm in the area read more

Initially had good experience with Tire Pros. I took my vehicle in on Saturday for oil changes, tire rotation and alignment. When I picked my vehicle up there was a crack in my windshield that was not there prior as I replaced it 2 months prior. I called Maverick immediately and he told me to bring it in Monday which I did. After discussion with John and the technician who worked on my car, I was told there was a possibility it was damaged on test drive which I understood. I was told they would talk to Owner and see if anything could be done to rectify the situation and call me back to discuss. Needless to say a week has passed and I have not heard from anyone. Just got the front brakes and rotors replaced on my Mercedes sprinter van and had a great experience. They charged me half of what a Mercedes repair shop quoted me a few hours earlier. I visited tire pros today after they came highly recommended by friends. I had a tire that was continually losing air despite being refilled and discount tire kept telling me that there was no holes or leaks and it probably just lost pressure due to the weather. My car was immediately taken back and looked at, sure enough there was a nail in the side wall. They said id need a new tire, and that it would take about an hour and a half for the tire to get delivered and put on, it took less than that time and I was on my way! They were super quick, super friendly, and so helpful! read more

I showed up and was met by a few very competent technicians. Donnie being the main one, he assured me that i was in good hands now. Not only did he fix my issue, but he was completely honest with me through out the entire process and walked me through what he was doing to fix my issue. Yesterday evening, I had to take my car in for tires, just checking my pressures. My car is been sucking in fuel like if it's taking shots after shots, lol I was 10 below my regular psi! Excellent customer service that I had to tip them, which I usually do anyways as the tire checks are free of charge. Super convenient to drive up anytime they are open. They'll checked my tires, balanced my psi and it's done very quickly! My car and I are super happy to be driving in a balanced air pressure again. By the way, if you have an auto part in your hands, they can help you put it and they'll just charge you for labor. The other tire pros do not do this. read more

Long ago, when we exceeded the normal standard-sized family of 4 and upgraded to a family of 5 combined with 2 dogs; I decided my mom-a-wagon would express my adventurous and imaginative spirit. My dream spirit-animal car happened to be an orange international scout with jet-black accents or an Upgraded Black and Red A-Team Van with a Mr T Air Freshner. Unfortunately, my sensible husband explained a Toyota 4-Runner would have to suffice. Slightly disappointed as my dreams of picking up my kids from high school in a Van blasting the A-team theme song melted away .....but he was right . He explained how the 4Runner would be a "sensible" choice. Negotiations continued on color, as I insisted that black with flames was coming back in 2021 and he explained lighter colors wouldn't show the AZ "pinstripes" as much. Again... he was right. He then proceeded to talk about a 3" lift with beefy tires and that's when negotiates started going extremely well. I can Offroad better than most men, prefer day-drinking in the woods, and shoot a gun like Annie Oakley so 4 wheel drive and off road-handling are exceptionally important to me. I am also a chronic curb checker and I prefer to go where roads are not needed. I also have my own w wireless gold microphone for Car-pool karaoke which will commence once my children return to school... hopefully soon. We purchased our 4Runner and I began researching a lift, suspension upgrade, BFGs and Mmmmm Rims (homer Simpson drooling noises). First, there are not a lot of places that do this type of work on the regular and You want someone who does this on regular. No one wants to be driving down the high way only to see your passenger side tire pass you on the Right. Prices Have a wide berth and there are a heck of a lot of shysters out there and people Who say they can do it but you question their legitimacy. I called a few places, conducted some interviews, Watch some YouTube videos, and did my research. This is when I came across tire pros of chandler. Being a self-employed domestic engineer I like supporting local businesses. I also figured that I wanted the tire shop to be in close proximity to my house for adjustments and normal upkeep. Nothing sucks more than having to drive 30 to 45 minutes to have a tire adjustment or rotation etc. I chatted with the owner on a Friday afternoon and I was incredibly impressed. First, he educated me on his personal experience of what works best. He went over the differences between prices, quality, outcome, possible concerns, my truck, The off-road features of my truck, what kind of off roading that I do and how I want my Off Roading experience to feel. (Insert homer drooling sound again) This dude was speaking my language and he didn't rushy rush the Conversation because I was a woman and I probably know nothing about driving a truck. I really enjoyed the conversation and totally felt comfortable asking questions about anything and everything relating to tires. He was upfront and honest about turn times and how ordering was taking longer due to the cootie virus. The following Monday, my husband and I had a family budget meeting and I went over the 2 finalist our Tire project. He picked tire pros and I asked him to call the owner to set it up so they could do their Mansplaining to each other. After the conversation my husband was also very impressed with the owner and his Bible full of Tire knowledge. We made an appointment a week later, picked out some rims, and the type of lift. We went for the slightly more expensive lift because both of us have owned off-road vehicles that handle slightly rougher than a normal SUV or truck and being in our 40s we wanted smooth sailing. The owner called us as soon as the rims and lift kit were in which was about a week later and significantly faster then what was promised. I picked up Ultron aka the 4Runner and what a beauty! My first grocery shopping trip was started with me falling out of the car.... who would have thought 3" Lift would cause such a difference in door height. I'm genetically uncoordinated so tripping isn't abnormal for me but there was an impressive difference. We drove it for a week and took it back in for a quick adjustment/alignment and decided to upgrade the suspension ( BEST CHOICE EVER). I rolled over a cement parking buffer and it was like a pebble. Speed bumps! Ha ha! I laugh at speed bumps! Similar to hitting an already crushed road kill-street meat carcass! read more

Last time I took my car there to replace two tires, my car came back with dented bumper and stripped wheel bolts. They took care of my dented bumper but I just noticed the stripped bolts when I took the wheels off to do some maintenance on my car. They have new employees so it's probably one of them coz this never happened before. I'll think twice before I bring my cars to them again. read more

The guys here are great! Especially Nick and Nathan, I only know their two names. My hubby had no air conditioning in his car and the price that I was getting from friends was about the same price I got from these guys! I called in the morning, dropped off the car, and it was ready the same day. The shop is kept clean and doesn't have that dirty garage smell, they have a couple vending machines, and a TV to keep occupied if waiting. I feel like this place is more about getting and keeping customers happy rather than some of the other places that price gouge patrons once and don't get them to come back. I'm okay with driving the 20 miles to bring our vehicles here from our house. read more

Nathan was extremely helpful. I called him up today and told him that I was driving a rental car which means I wasn't spending money on its tires but needed to get it checked because it had a low pressure advisory. Although there was just less than an hour before closing with lots of cars in line to get done, he told me to still bring it in. And although he wasn't going to be able to fix it if it, the best thing he can do is check which tire was losing air and fill it up with air so I can drive safely back to my hotel. One of his employees who took care of me was also very helpful, professional, and friendly. He made me back the car up a little bit at a time so he can check for a nail. He did not find any and I had a feeling it was just low because the pressure wasn't too low. And they did not even charge me a dime. I gave a tip to the worker as a thank you. Overall, they are as good as any tire shop can be despite their smaller size. Courteous, helpful, friendly, and very accommodating. Sure beats Big O Tires a few miles away. read more

I'd avoid this place. Tried to charge us $2000 for a job and to top it off told us we needed all new tires. We went down the road and got 2 more opinions. From Dana Tire and from Gary's Automotove. The job Tire Pros said was needed, wasn't. Only 2 of the tires were on the cusp of needed replacement. The other 2 were fine. The car needed an alignment. $70. They tried to rip us hard. To top it all off, they wouldn't warranty the tires that were purchased there a year earlier and fix the flat that had a nail!! WTF! You're tire pros. You should be able to find a nail!! Not tell some they just need a new tire when the tire still has 80% tread on it. Lame. read more

I just want to take a min to thank this shop for doing excellent on my car. I brought my car in to Nick to get alignment after I installed an aftermarket camber kit. I'm so glad the technicians were very familiar with working with aftermarket suspensions and camber. They got my car readjusted my alignment perfectly. On top of that, they went above and beyond, I had a slight vibration on my exhaust due to my rear bumper sitting on my exhaust. They took care of it free of charge and didn't even mentioned it to me when I picked up my car. I immediately noticed that my car drove a lot quiet than usually. Got home and took a look. They readjustment my exhaust and trimmed the plastic under my rear bumper to take away that annoying vibration. These guys are amazing. I will never take my car to any other shop. Had a tire blow out on me when I absent mindedly hit a curb and and needed a same day replacement. Normally I'm a very loyal Discount Tire customer, but for some reason DC decided to close al their stores a half day early on a Saturday for an employee party. I'm all for giving your employees recognition and rewarding them, but it seems like a silly thing to do to shut down unannounced on a Saturday which is the only day a lot of your customers can come in for service. But I digress... So Nick gets me in at the end of the day, in and out with a new tire and alignment in about 40 minutes (alignment was truly needed, not an upsell, I hit that curb *hard*). Not only have I never had Discount do a job this quick for just a tire change, but they do a lot of services here (i.e. alignment) that Discount can't do so its nice to have one-stop-shopping if you need a few other minor services with your tires. All of it was at a great price, especially with the Yelp discount. Nick was super friendly, got me in and out, and didn't try to upsell me or push services I didn't need which is unfortunately a rarity nowadays. I'll be back... read more
