This isn't something I do often but in this case I have to let you the public know that this company is excellent in my opinion. They quoted me via mail after telling them the number of window that needed to be washed inside and out and screen repair. They came in and worked on the windows and screens and were done in a timely manner. I have to tell you at this time I moved into a home that has been revamped after years of neglect and the windows were very dirty. After they left I was so amazed how beautiful my home looks. We made our appt and got an estimate via email. Everything was very easy and the day came. Scott came early and did a walk thru and we added on another service. He gave us our final cost. It was well worth every dollar! We had some missing screens that needed to be replaced. We had white vinyl and old metal screens. He drove all over town till he found the metal frames so that it would match. He also fixed our patio screen door and re-placed the screen on our front screen door. The windows are so clean and sparkly! What a difference it really makes when you have a professional clean your windows. He was professional and easy to work with. I felt safe with him there even as my husband ran an errand. We will definitely use his services again to keep our place looking nice. read more

Pretty pricey for what you get and don't get. They say they clean your window tracks, but really don't! Their screen cleaning needs much improvement. It's not Rocket Science. Just had Ben from Two Guys Window Cleaning out. We live in a rural area so there's lots of dust and pollen plus its been a good long while since our windows were last cleaned so I knew cleaning our windows would be a chore. I can say you'd never know that now. He did a really great job!! As for the business end I contacted Two Guys via e-mail (they have phone, e-mail and txt) to arrange to have several of our windows cleaned. Their website is very user friendly and by using their graphic and pricing guide I knew before I even contacted them what the cost would be. For most windows they charge a simple $4 per pane of glass. It was $8 a window for ours since each window has one fixed pane and one sliding pane. Simple! The price includes inside and out plus cleaning of the screens by the way. They confirmed my price estimate in the e-mail and we set up an appointment for the next day between 8-9am. Ben was on his way by 8 and arrived around 8:45. He was very professional, examined each window with me and off he went. Ben was very thorough. Its obvious he is a very detail oriented person because he went after every little spec. The windows are immaculate. I wouldn't have noticed it, but Ben pointed out that where our sprinkler hit one of our windows there were some barely noticeable, light streaks of mineral deposits. This was something he wasn't equipped for but he could refer me to someone who could remove them if I wished. I don't see the need at this point since, as I said it is barely noticeable. After he was done, Ben did a final walk around to pick up anything he might have missed and made sure I was happy with the job he did. I was. I had six windows done, it came to $52. That is very reasonable I think, particularly when you consider what a good job was done. I would recommend Two Guys without hesitation and will no doubt have them out again next time our windows need cleaning! read more

Pointed out issues with a couple of seals being broken, and repaired a small hole in a screen at an extra charge. I used them for our home, our office building, and our business location. Here we go again, a small business finding it necessary to build on a small amount of success in the unskilled field of window washing, by inserting greed into their fee for service. They seemed good enough, they washed my windows, didn't take them long, and they charged a reasonable fee, for unskilled labor. A year goes by and low and behold they have upped their fee by at least 30 percent, and now they offer a more complex menu of screen cleaning, dusting versus actually cleaning and of course new fees attach. Top it off, they now have a minimum fee (higher of course) and I can't help but wonder how that works--say you have a small home with three windows how much do you pay versus a home with 10 windows, such as in my home. Do I pay the minimum and get all 10 windows washed, or do you start at the minimum and add on from there, and does the poor customer with only three windows get ripped off. These boys started off with a fair and reasonable charge per window, easy to understand, easy to compute, but greed reared its ugly head and now they are trying to squeeze as much money as they can from customers. This isn't even the $125 an hr as one viewer stated, its $150 minimum with various and assorted charges added on. I tried to rationalize this because I really needed to have my windows cleaned, but the more I thought about it, it the more I thought it stinks, so consider me an x-customer. read more
