I contacted Moules Glass for a custom window replacement. These people are very accommodating and easy to work with. On installation day, 2 of the nicest workmen I have ever met, Grayson and Jamie, arrived and did a flawless job. Both were very polite and knowledgeable about their craft. I just love my new windows. When these guys replaced my windshield, they used my old surround-seal which got stretched out and sagged down in front of the glass. I took it back, and they tried to convince me that it was, in fact, the new one. It clearly was not, and the older lady (the owner) was so belligerent that she actually made my wife cry with frustration. So after a few months go by, and I just keep pushing this seal back in every few weeks. So I give up and call them to get them to try to fix. They were very nice to do this (I'll give them that), but I go to pick it up, and the windshield had handprints all over it. You'd think for a glass shop they'd at least clean up their mess. But I guess it's a "pick your battles" thing. I will not only NEVER use these guys again, if anyone asks me, I will certainly say that I wonder how they stay in business. read more

Michelle and her entire team at Moule's are number one in my book for glass and / or screen replacements. Brandon came out to measure for glass and screens. Within a few weeks, Brandon and Joey arrived to do the installs. One new screen became delayed by a couple of days to be re-screened. Ultimately, the work was done promptly, on time, PROFESSIONALLY, and in a FRIENDLY manner. The job-site was also cleaned up by Joey and Brandon. PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY includes Stacy, Roger, I think , that finished the screen install, and others in the office. We called early on a Friday morning for a window and glass door that had been broken the night before. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and we had a man come out that morning to measure our door and replace the window. He was very nice and the window replacement went great. They told us they'd call back with a timeline and estimate on replacing the door. We also asked for a receipt for the window for insurance purposes. They told us no problem. We called again Monday and we're assured we'd get a call with the estimate and receipt soon. This employee was also nice. We called again Wednesday, and they seemed annoyed we were asking again. They told us again they'd get the quote to us when they could and the receipt when they could. That was over a week ago. Needless to say we are going with another company who has better communication. read more

Called for an appointment to look at doors and afterwards I scheduled a measurement. After the measurement happened I missed 1 call from them, and never heard back. I finally called and was told that they left a message on my phone, which they did not, and I got an attitude from the employee when I told them that there was no voicemail. I then had them email my quote to me, I responded to the email 15 minutes later, and still have not received a response from them nearly 2 months later. read more

When I went there to order a screen door and to replace some of my screens, I was told it would be about a week, a week and a half. It's been over 3 weeks. I had to pay upfront. So they had me locked. I went to give them the measurements 3 hours before the closed and was told they wanted to close early, so come back on Monday. On Monday I was told thier computer went down. ???? I took a window screen in to be replace, I got it back, and found it didn't fit. I was so shocked and disappointed because they looked to have a good reputation. read more

we had 2 windows replaced in our home this morning and I am so glad my wife and I chose Moule's Calif Glass...The windows were completed in 1 1/2 hours and the job came in at half the price of several others in town... the glass tech was "Brent" and he was exceptional-- being here on time and getting right to work--the clean up was done and the job completed...like I said this company's was exceptional from day1.. Brent showed up to see what needed to be done, make the measurements and get the bid into the office--I had the bid in 2 days--"You won't go wrong with these folks!" PS: the other companies said the windows could not be replaced and "new windows" would have to be installed...that would be over $600 more than I paid Mousel's...I'm happy and that's what counts...good job read more

Just had to do a follow up on my security door. It did take several months to get it installed. And there were a couple of hiccups on Moule's end but the Covid was another issue that played into the mess with the problems of making and shipping the door. Even though there were problems that could have been avoided, I could have been more patient and understanding considering the times we are living in. My door arrived and the gentlemen were very professional and did a fantastic job on the installation. I did receive a credit for the problems that had occured and then received a follow up call from Michelle herself. Overall I am satisified with their work and do recommend Moule's for their quality products. read more

We called Moule's glass for replacement glass in 7 windows. They were great in coming right out and taking measurements. They where also looking into a handle that was broken on one of our windows. Then nothing!! We called several weeks later to see what the estimate was because we never heard back from them. They stated that they are looking for a handle .. and nothing.. not even an estimate on glass.. thankfully we went with another business in town who not only replaced our glass but also had to replace two windows . Its unfortunate that a company with such great reviews was so negligent in following up with a potential customer . ( especially when they took the time to come out so we could get an estimate) We still have windows that will need to be replaced in the future but unfortunately I will never call on them. read more

My husband called after our front window shattered. He told them the size and the type of glass, and that they could come double check anytime. They told us it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get the glass. It seems like a long time but we said okay because we needed it done. They wrote up a contract and we paid half of the costs. The only date they could come and fix it made us cut our vacation short but we took it. While we were gone we called them to double check the time they would be there to fix it, since it was a 12 hour trip back to our home. They said they were looking at it that afternoon and they would be there for our 8am appointment the following day. 9 am the next morning and still no one and no call. We call them again, to be told. They ordered the wrong glass and we would have to wait 2 to 6 weeks for the glass and installation. AND the glass we needed was more expensive so we'll have to pay more!! Terrible way to do business. I hope I NEVER have to replace this window again. read more

Moule's installed double pane windows for us in 2001. These windows are still like brand new. I'm so impressed with their quality after recently looking at homes to purchase. I didn't realize how great of a job they did, until now. I just assumed double pane windows were double paned windows. Moule's had a great crew and finished our home very quickly. Now we will be moving to a new house and I plan to have three patio doors rescreened with their special pet screen. Moule's is a great company with great products. You can't go wrong. These folks lived up to all the good PR we've heard over the years just like we hoped. When a dual-paned window gasped and started fogging up last winter, we were sure it was a $500 fix. It was a wonderful surprise to hear under $200. I was weedwacking and hit a rock. It flew into the glass sliding door and broke it. I called a few places and Moules was by far the best. They were ready to help. When the repair guy came out I asked for a quote on another window repair too. They quoted the whole job. Once all the parts were in they came back out and did the repairs on the sliding glass door and the windows. They actually did not charge me the quoted amount but charged me less. They said they ended up not needing all the parts they thought they might need. They could easily not have said anything and charged me the whole amount quoted. Very honest, experienced, knowledgeable. I will use them again and highly recommend them. read more

We are very pleased with the service we just received from Moule's. The glass in my 30 year old Pella aluminum clad casement window accidentally shattered. I contacted 2 local glass companies and was told the entire sash would have to be replaced, costing about $700, and 6-8 weeks to order. We brought the window to Moule's. They told me that they can replace the glass for less than $200. They had to call Pella for advice. The window was ready in 2 days. Had home Windows and glass door go bad and Capitol Windows will ship the glass to me . I had to pay for shipping. $ 1000. Called Moules to get price to have glass installed. A man came out to measure and he was awesome . He explained why the old windows went bad & what will be the best for our home. A day later Beverly Rich called with the estimate and was $300 less than what I would of paid to get the free Windows after the 1000$ shipping. Moules did our 6 Windows and putt in a French slider that Beverly had suggested . The final result is out standing. All trim inside and out looks great and being a stucco house they made the door look like it was built with the house. Each person I dealt with were honest great people. Wow - after many years of doing business with Moule's for small jobs, (retracting screen door $350, replacement living room window glass $100?, custom arched sun screens $700, abrasive glass cleaner for water spots $10?) we bought a length of rubber shower door seal (the end of the roll - not a special cut) today. Turns out we didn't need it after all. The woman at the counter refused to take it back, saying that since she gave us "such a good price", it wasn't their policy to take returns. Really? Since my review of Moule's the their office manager, Michelle, has reached out to me. This was never a problem with Moule's service men or the quality of their work, which by the way was great. She was willing to listen to my frustrations with their customer service staff. Michelle seemed genuinely concerned and I choose to believe she has addressed the issues that were so frustrating to me. Based on Michelle's professionalism and desire to be fair, I will definitely use Moule's again! First let me say the service man was wonderful! He was knowledgeable about windows and screens and very polite. The office staff at Moules are not on the same page! I received a quote to repair a window & re-screen my window screens from Bev. After the serviceman came out & measured my broken window and took my screens I received a call from April and she quoted me another lower price. I asked if she was sure the amount was correct because I talked to Bev earlier and she had quoted me a different price. April said, yes, she was sure. Later I received a call back from Bev and she had increased the price from $385 to $445. When I told her about my conversation with April she became very short with me and said my window had low E glass which was $10 more & April had calculated the amount incorrectly. Needless to say..... anyone using this company for window repair or re-screening should be aware that quotes change! Moules does not take responsibility for what their employees quote!!!!! read more

My car was broken into and they shattered the drivers side window. We called around and they were the cheapest, $135. There was some miscommunication between my husband and I, and he told them I would not need the car until 3:45. When I got there at 8am, I told them I have to pick up my kids from school and need it hopefully no later than noon. Received a call at 10:30 letting me know it was ready. Walked into MOULE'S CALIFORNIA GLASS showroom to get a quote on a specific type of shower door and handle. Michelle got the information and said she'd call back...never did. I then called 2 days later and another lady answered, said she'd find out what happened, and either she or Michelle will get back to me......4 days later....still no answer back. Guess what.....I called them back and told them I don't want a quote from them, and I will never do business with them ever. If they can't get back to me on a simple quote, I wonder how organized they are. It's up to you, but I'm not buying anything from them. read more

Very happy with the install of new windows in my home! Looks like a new house and Moules helped through the whole process

One star is over rating this company. It is my opionion that they actually rate a BIG FAT 0!! We hired them to replace a window glass and a slider glass for a home we own. We took the windows in and when we dropped them off, we were a bit surprised that we had to pay in full at that time. We went ahead but thought it a bit unusual. The smaller window was done first, we had to keep calling in because it wasn't done when they quoted it to be done. Anyway, when we examined the workmanship of the smaller window we noticed they didn't put a new rubber seal around the glass and that they put in the old one, which was worn and torn and no longer fit all the way around the glass. This looked very unprofessional and shotty. When we brought it to the owners attention (she was working in the back area) she said no one ever asked for that to be replaced and that it has no function anyway. She went on to say how there are no glass companies that ever replace the rubber seals. We told her we thought it looked bad and that we would be more comfortable if they replaced it. She went on to argue with us about it, and said there was a charge for it. We agreed to the charge (it was quite mininimal and thought it was not worth the controversy). She continued to argue with us about it and we told her if she wasn't willing to do it the way we wanted (after all we were paying) we would take it elsewhere. She told her worker to take their glass out and give us back our window. We also told her we wanted our slider back as well. She told us to leave the premises and wait out in the parking lot. We also told her we wanted our money back and she initially refused until we threatened to call our credit card company/bank and that she would be hearing from them with a charge back. At which point she refunded us our money in full and gave us back our windows. We went to another glass company on the other side of town and for half the price did a beautiful job. (they rated 5 stars by the way). I will never recommend Moules to anyone and customers beware! read more
