Visited here in February 2026. First of all, the food here is great! I had a burger, which was perfectly done and juicy and not overwhelmed by the bun. It had a bacon jam which complemented the cheese, all while not detracting from the delicious beef. My table mate had the beef short ribs; tender, rich, and a good portion size. The potato salad side was tasty enough to make me wish for a larger scoop. Our two cocktails were top-shelf quality, although the Old Fashioned's cherry was an obliterated mush. The lacking star is due to the noise level once the live music kicked in. The inside seating is already a loud echo chamber of hard surfaces, but adding the near ear-splitting band out in the tent made all conversation impossible. I saw several tent tables clear out when the music started. I like live music, and the band was good. But half the decibels would have been more than enough. I think my ears are still ringing two days later. Service was good as our waitress barely kept up with the dinner crowd surge and a new and uncooperative POS system. Hopefully that will fall in line and give the staff a break! Looking forward to future offerings from their talented chef. Will definitely visit next time I'm in the area. read more

We visited the Two Horse Distillery on a Saturday night and it was hopping. We were quoted an hour wait but it was more like 30 minutes. That was ok for me because there was live music, college football, and bar to keep me entertained. When we were seated, we ordered the Bavarian pretzels, nachos, and drinks. I loved the sweet tea bourbon. Unfortunately they were out of their famous burgers when we visited so I had the brisket dog and it was so tasty. Definitely will be back for the burgers. read more

Came on a Tuesday at 6pm they had a guy singing guitar. We got the watermelon smash cocktail(ok) .. blueberry lemon balm drop(good but strong). The other woman(ok but strong).. the bold fashioned(strong). Ordered the stampede as an appetizer and the southern Cuban sandwich with loaded potato salad. The bathrooms are really nice!. Service was excellent. Food was excellent. Took a while to get our drinks. All the drinks are really strong, I enjoy my beer which they don't serve beer there. read more

This place offers the best fish in the area. Why eat at crowed Pisanno's when you can get the same quality of food here. Fantastic ambiance western decor with high ceilings. Do not feel cramped like a lot of other places. Owner Brian super friendly and will stop by your table. Other bad ratings should be removed the Two Horses were just getting started when the reviews were written. Since then they have obtained an outstanding cook. read more

Such a surprise! Had a Saturday lunch with fine opening cocktails (the Bold Fashion and a few gin/grapefruit tonic) and a pimiento cheese/candied jalapeño spread. Lunch added a lager with a southern Cuban and a burger with bacon jam and blue cheese. All very tasty. Bartender attentive; but not too much. Really nice set-up. The food at Two Horse Distillery runs circles around everything we have enjoyed in those world class restaurants. Fairly new restaurant in Seneca. I've been twice in the past month. Menu is nice with good selections. The cocktails are excellent! Start with a flight and taste a few selections. Then dive deep into your favorites. My favorite appetizer is the giant pretzel and mustards. The Double Barrel Chicken is excellent. The Double Bogey is dangerously good! I have not tried the Braised Short Ribs, but that will be next on my list to try. Big screen TV's show the cowboy channel, so get ready for some rodeo! Enjoy! read more

New distillery between West Union and Seneca. Good craft cocktails and limited food. Had the chips with 3 homade sauces/dips and the braised beef shank. Deeeelicious! We went early and not to crowded. I've seen pictures on Facebook where it looks like there are no seats available. Service was great. Bartenders were friendly. The only reason I give this a 3 star is because the woman behind the bar was efficient and had a great smile. She was on point behind the bar for everyone. I had the Bold fashioned. Horrible. It was sweeter than any old fashioned I've ever had. Made with the local bourbon..SUCKED. I asked about their beers. I was shown a list and nothing was local. All from out of state, not surrounding states but Northern states. I had the IPA which was very good. There was only a choice of 4 beers and they dont even have beer pints or glasses. Another big fail. Every couple of minutes a an older, way overweight man would step behind the bar and go over to the tap and fill his glass with that crappy bourbon. I'm assuming he is the owner. As I drank my IPA I waited for my Double Barrel chicken entree to show up..and waited....and waited..25 minutes later and it arrived in a styrofoam carton. The bartender with the great smile took care of me with everything I needed to eat it in my hotel room. I cant believe that what I found in my togo container is what they would put on a plate in their restaurant. Another failure by ownership and management. I must say that the atmosphere was nice, the solo country guitarist/singer was great and the two staff people who took care of me were awesome. The rest was bad, bad, bad.
