I was able to make an appointment for the following day on monday and Jason was super cool about showing me all my options and letting me lead with what I had in mind. My stole was done THE NEXT DAY which is crazy because a lot of places said it would take several days or even weeks to complete and I needed it fast because I was taking my grad photos that following saturday. This next part is kind of embarrassing but it must be mentioned...I mixed up their hours and went to pick it up on friday at 5:03pm but they had just closed at 5pm. I panicked because I was literally having people come down to help me with my photoshoot the next day and the shop is closed on the weekends. I called and messaged them on yelp explaining the mistake I made. Karen found my phone number and called me asking if I would be able to come back to their shop later that evening because they would be out all morning the next day. Jason drove back and opened the doors just so that I could get my stole before my pictures. This most recent experience, however, was disappointing due to communication. Based on the information on their website about fast Direct to Film printing, I reached out ahead of time to confirm whether they could complete a small order of 8 shirts within two days. I also made it clear at the time of ordering that I had a flight scheduled for the morning after I would need the shirts by. I was told yes, emailed over my design promptly, and everything appeared to be on track. On the day the order was supposed to be ready, I received a call to collect payment and was told the shirts would be done before closing. When I hadn't received any update, I had to call that evening to follow up, at which point I was told the machine had "just broken" and there was no timeline for repair. The lack of proactive communication was the most frustrating part. Fortunately, I was able to find a business in Las Vegas that could accommodate the order on short notice, deliver high-quality shirts, and do so at over 30% less than my original quote. I've had good experiences here in the past, but clearer communication and earlier notice would have made a big difference in this disappointing situation.
