INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING SCHEDULING PROCESS! This company has a strict 48 hour reschedule/cancelation window which is fine. BUT instead of giving you a 48 hour notice of their arrival, they text you 24 hours prior so you don't even have the opportunity to reschedule at that point if needed without being charged. Most people are busy and I work out of town a lot so I've reached out to them multiple times asking them to please give me a 48 hour notice of their arrival which I thought was reasonable considering the reschedule policy. However that request has never been taken seriously. That is not all, you better stay on top of your bank statements with this business because they have over charged me $60 multiple times and I've had to email them asking them to fix it. Unfortunately I don't have the time to babysit a business like this. The cleaners are nice and do an average job but there are much better out there. Definitely look else where! read more

We hired them for a deep clean before a landlord walk through and we were extremely disappointed to say the least. They placed dirty bath mats over our bath towels, left food crumbs on the counter, and didn't even touch the windows. Additionally, the oven was left a mess. We paid for a deep clean. Which we didn't get. I do not recommend them. Just had this done, they cleaned only the toilets and bathtub, sinks in the bathroom. But they did not dust at all. They did nothing we wanted done. please don't waste the $150. None of our ceiling fans are dusted, our light fixtures are still dirty, no counter or cabinets were cleaned or wiped down. It looked as if they did nothing. Our security cams also show they played on their phone and sat around a few times. They showed up 4 hours late, worked for an hour and left. Overall, the move-out cleaning was okay. They cleaned most of the expected areas, but I would not consider is a "professional clean" and certainly don't think it was worth $385. The big ticket items that were missed and we are now cleaning ourselves: top of the fridge, inside the fridge, inside the freezer, master bathroom shower, half of the fan blades throughout the house, half of the window sills, doors not wiped down, floors were very hastily done and mostly just had water spread around. There was standing water left on the hardwood floors. The 2 cleaning ladies were kind and professional. That notwithstanding, I was disappointed in the result of the cleaning and frankly expected more from a "professional" cleaning company. The reason for the 1 star is because of how the company responded to my initial, timely feedback. They ignored me. I called 6 separate times, left 6 voicemail message, and finally spoke to 1 lady who found a creative way to politely blow me off. I have since contact the BBB. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. After visiting the property on three separate occasions (twice to "clean", once to inspect) Two Maids and a Mop was unable to clean to reasonable standards. The first visit was comprised of two "maids" complaining about the tasks and attempting to avoid doing them by asking "does this need to be done?" about each item. The "supervisor" joined the team and, by all reports, deemed the job complete. She believed we would not return to the property. I think this contributed to the poor job. Upon our return it took nearly a week to get a response. Then came the inspection. The supervisor (same as above) walked around the property and expressed feigned displeasure at the unsatisfactory nature of her team's work. She promised it would be remedied. A new team was dispatched, once again believing we would not return to the property to verify their work, and "completed the job". Despite my repeated efforts, there was no more communication from the company or the supervisor, yet our card was charged. They had our money, they were no longer interested in providing the "quality service" they claim to espouse. So imagine my surprise when I returned to the property today to install new tenants. The photo attached is a mere sampling of Two Maids and a Mop Pensacola's standard of work. As you can see, there is no integrity (doing a poor job because there was no one to review their work), no work ethic (complaining about assigned tasks), and no accountability (refusing to reply to requests for remedy). Two Maids and a Mop took advantage of our situation as military stationed out of state, performed poorly, and subsequently refused to reply to requests. I suggest in the strongest of terms that you look elsewhere for any cleaning needs you may have. read more

Ladies were nice and very upfront with their time estimate and honest when they broke a loose dome light. Complete waste of $408. Paid for deep clean in an empty house but the only thing they deep cleaned was the money out of my bank. At best, they just wiped down a few surfaces with a cold damp rag, didn't touch the cabinets and drawers, missed the master bathroom completely, baseboards and doors were still filthy. Food and debris all over kitchen floor. Oven untouched, microwave untouched, greasy fingerprints left on stove top. Struggling to see what they DID clean. Contacted their office several times and am yet to receive a response. Worst and most expensive 'cleaning' service I've ever come across. After reading glowing reviews of this company on Angie's list, I decided to contact them for a price quote. They seem to base it on the size of the house or how many beds/baths you have,not necessarily how many people live in the house...and I think one person living in a house with pets might be far different than a family living in house with pets, small children, etc...they didn't seem to take this into consideration. I got slightly different prices via the online quote than when I called. ?? I also asked if I would be able to talk to the cleaning team immediately prior to the first clean and the rep started saying I couldn't negotiate prices with them. When I said I understood that, that I wanted to go through the house with them to tell them what I wanted emphasized, she hesitated and then said they would do that. For the last few minutes of the conversation, there was a dog barking non-stop in the background and when I asked if she needed to go, she declined, but I found it horribly unprofessional and it made it difficult to hear. If you are wondering about rates, they would charge $86 to do a basic bi-weekly clean and about $110 to do a "premier" clean, which means they would "heavy dust" (meaning they wouldn't just dust around) and they would change my bedsheets. When I told her I didn't want my sheets changed by them and I didn't have blinds to be cleaned, she didn't seem convincing that they would be able to customize their cleaning to what was actually in my house and what I actually wanted done. I was completely rubbed the wrong way. And what cleaning company charges that much money and doesn't actually dust very much?? I would never let these people come into my home ever again. It has been a nightmare. First they charged $400 for a move in cleaning of our new home. When I came home you could not tell anyone had been in the house to clean. Called and the manager set up a second cleaning which they did today. I got a call as they left the house and the woman who had been cleaning said they had scrached one of the new night stands in my bedroom. Well when I got home tonight the house was clean and everything looked good until I walked into my bedroom. What had been described as a scratch is a gouge. The night stand is ruined you can see this gouge in the wood from the doorway. I have called and left a message tonight and I hope they will call me back and make this right. Terrible service. The cleaners are nice people, and they are fast. They are fast because they don't actually clean well. They touch up, even though you pay for the premium service. For example, they clean around area rugs rather than pick up and sweep and mop under them and replace them. I mean they can't even pick up the bathroom rugs and clean the entire floor!! They clean around the dog beds. They don't clean the bathroom shower good - mold in the corners - had to ask twice to get it cleaned. They half do everything. I don't know if it's because the cleaners are very young and not trained or if they are just lazy. I've had multiple different people come and clean and none of them do a good job. I've given them two months time to remedy this and asked for things to be done that is outlined on that list. They have yet to spot clean window sills and baseboard. I give up. The employees were very nice and courteous, however I am disappointed that I wasted money on this service - especially opting for the premium service and paying for more than the basic touch up. An entire room was missed and the supposedly included spot treatment service of windows, baseboards, etc was disregarded completely. Furthermore, all of the window sills were left filthy. When I called to talk to the manager it was evident that the women who had just cleaned my home were standing beside her, and the manager was arguing with them about my complaints while I was on the phone. I found the whole conversation incredibly hostile and unprofessional, and while they offered to come back and re-clean, I ultimately decided the cancel my services with them. Based on above average reviews and Two Maids & a Mop was a corporate based and supported company, I purchased the move-in/out cleaning service on our recently purchased home which had been vacant for about 8 months. We had not arrived and we needed the house cleaned prior to our arrival to be ready to receive our move shipment. As a military member and spouse, we have moved numerous times in the last 25 years and I feel that we have reasonable experience on what a cleaning service should provide and for what price. We were VERY disappointed with this company and even had them return to re-clean. This house was completely empty, so it was very easy to access all areas. We felt we received nothing more than a general cleaning that did not involve a lot of effort. Here is something critical to note - this company does not do walls!?! I find that a cleaning service that does not do walls on a move-in/out service should not offer that service. This is the ONLY company or service that we have known that doesn't do walls! We were provided all the liability reasons and corporate restrictions on why they couldn't clean the bathroom fans and how they can only get half this critical area items that need to be completed on a move-in/out service. We questioned the lack of service and spoke to what the website advertised and were given the excuse of "they don't control what is one the website, corporate does." We offered that they should be more descriptive of their services because we find it fraudulent that after the fact is a little late to throw out all the "we can't do's." We paid $550 for a service that might be worthy of $100-$150!! We have spent a lot of my time fixing and cleaning what Two Maids & A Mop should have done for the service and $$$ we paid. If we wanted or had time to do it, we wouldn't have hired them! So, so disappointed in let down by our first business experience back in Pensacola!!
