I moved in December of 2025 and STILL have not had resolution on damages that occurred during my move. They didn't "pad and wrap" almost anything I was assured they would, it was terrifying to watch them unload my possessions out of a giant box they just stuffed everything into. And now they continually ignore so many attempts to contact them and get my floor fixed and reimbursed for things they broke. Its like objectively absurd how many times they have dropped the ball. Moving is expensive no matter who you hire so look elsewhere, i regret hiring this company so badly. read more

This company moved us up north 6 years ago. We ended up with a missing xbox, broken hutch, kitchen table top glass which was no where to be found I our items from Copenhagen, 6k table and they charged us for more boxes and products than they should have as they're packing was frightening to see. They do NOT care about how they pack your items. I would definitely not even recommend this company to my worst of people. Last resort!!!! DONT Recommend! The whole experience was AWESOME! We had a huge downsize project, 4000 sq.ft. and they did a phenomenal job packing everything with care and consideration. They helped us immensely by transporting items to donation centers, working around obstacles, and generally making the whole moving experience much, much less painful. One of their drivers hit my truck while driving on Old Hwy 8 and Cty Road D. Around 7:30-7:45 am. I've tried calling closest office to explain to them that their driver side swiped my 14' Silverado, my entire driver rear quarter panel and the tire rim. This office has yet to return my calls. when trying to report the incident with the Police, they refused to come out due to the photo of the license plate being too blurry. Just watch out for these fellas on the road, theyre not always paying attention to who is in the other lane. if an owner sees this, please know that you'll be hearing from our insurance. read more

Two Men (St. Anthony location) moved me in mid February of 2021. I had just had surgery on a broken hip so naturally, I was compromised in my ability to fully prepare for the move. I won't go into all the drama but I will say these things: the movers worked their butts off, not talking or messing around (Five stars for that.). However, after the move it took me awhile to see that almost every piece of wood furniture had chips and dings--not big ones, but ones that affect value a vision. Second, one of the three movers completely ignored my instructions (at the time they entered my apartment) and warnings about my Sleep Number bed. He decided his way was just fine; it wasn't. Instead of using the caps to cut off the air loss in the mattress (in order to treat it like a normal mattress), he let the air out and then folded it in half. The result: a three foot section of torn foam that had to be replaced. Their solution was to let their repairman fix (replace) it. But new SN beds have many kinds of foam-intertwined to provide a wonderful experience, nothing like the foam of early Sleep Number days. I refused their repair because he would never have been able to fix it properly, and it cost me $300.50 deductible to have it properly replaced by Sleep Number. If I hadn't warned them and told them there were specific disassembly procedures I could accept that decision but I did warn them. In my opinion that means they should have reimbursed me the $300. Bottom line: if you opt to use Two Men be sure YOU follow the Sleep Number disassembly instructions; don't leave it to them. (It's not really that hard unless you have a broken hip.) read more

NEVER HIRE THEM. First thing, slow. Second thing my floors were filthy (apt and new house). Third thing, they didn't have the right tools or where-with-all to disassemble my bed; which they said they would have tools. I think they were smoking a bowl on two different breaks while snowing harder outside, at the rate of $160 an hour. They damaged a door $250+, still haven't paid for it. They were not strong, the crushed and broke my belongings, and they acted care free. I was livid. I can barely write this without the anger coming back. I would NEVER hire them. BTW, since the damage and "insurance guy" from their company looked at it...NO WORD from them. We had their "insurance" and yet....nothing. I am so done. I feel like the only reprieve is writing this review. read more

They failed to deliver everything to my new apartment. They damaged things as well. Then dealing with customer service has been horrible. It took almost a week for them to get back to me and after 2 weeks they have not addressed my issues. They promised they would address my issues in a timely manner yet nothing has happened. While the movers themselves for the most part did a good job moving our stuff out of our old house and into our new house, their post-move follow-up was terrible. They broke an inexpensive bookcase of ours and promised to pay us for a new one, but never did. In addition, by not securing my 150 lb tool cabinet properly in the truck, they broke the locking mechanism on it. Again, they promised to fix it or replace and never did. We purchased heavy pieces of furniture from three different Craigslist sellers. Two Men and a Truck went to all three locations, arriving within the specified window at each location. When they got to our house, they moved each giant piece carefully and expediently. They even went the extra mile, pulling the entertainment center out from the wall when I realized that we'd covered the only outlet, and that I should put in a outlet strip right away, if I ever had a hope of using the outlet. We hired this company for a large residential move ... Final cost was twice what was quoted, it took 26 hours over 2 days to complete what was estimated at 7 hours and 1 day. When I questioned whether this was going to be too much for 2 men to handle I was told 'this is their job, they know what they are doing'. Well they might but the estimator didn't. I asked for 4 men, 2 trucks and they sent 2 men, 1 truck. They grossly underestimated this move, even though I was quite clear what we had and how many trucks/trips we would need. Regardless of who messed up we had to pay substantially more than we could afford or had planned to pay. The movers were wonderful, it was just an overwhelming amount of work for 2 people. Additional people were sent the second day and they hustled. All were professional, courteous and tried their best to make it right. read more

My family's experience with Two Men and a Truck was dismal. We explained how large the job would be, which was quite large. On the first day, they arrived late with a tuck much too small for the job. They moved some of the furniture with the promise of a discount to finish the next weekend. Luckily, our landlord from the place we were moving out of was accommodating. The next weekend, they scratched the freshly re-done wood floor. Several family members were in the house and witnessed this happening. This was in May. The bill came and we were overcharged $350. After calling Two Men, they agreed to fix the floor and refund $350. A lot of time passed without a refund OR attempt to fix the floor. We were forced to dispute the charges with the credit card company. These guys are not interested in customer service in the least. They messed up the job and refuse to make it right. I've moved several times and this was by far the worst moving experience I've had. I hired the movers to move my large pieces of furniture and just a few boxes that I had packed up myself since I had already moved most of my stuff already. I moved 1 block away and it somehow took 6 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment. I would see one of the movers just standing there sometimes like he didn't know what to do. Also, they severely damaged the wall of my old place however, the office worked with me very closely and quickly to get it fixed. Before moving my wood dining room table, they took a drill to the legs to tighten the screws to make sure it didn't break. They ended up splitting the wood in one of the legs when they did this and didn't say anything to me. Luckily, I noticed 10 minutes after they had left and again, the office worked with me to get it fixed. When I went back to my old place, they had left a very large and heavy carpet in the elevator area in which I ended up having to call a friend and help me move. After I finished unpacking, there were at least 1-2 boxes missing as I had a lot of kitchenware and other items missing. After I called the office several times to get some form of compensation and to speak to a manager, they stopped returning my calls and not taking responsibility for the awful service. The only reason I didn't give them 1 star is because they fixed the wall and my dining room table in a timely manner (although I had to constantly call them to get things moving). They came recommended to me by 2 other friends and none of us have used them since for our moves. read more

I've used Two Men and a truck before & had a great experience, but this most recent move was less than ideal. First off, I booked my move a little over a month in advance. My move time was 11 am-3 pm & the movers didn't show up until 2:45 pm. They got to my new place around 4:30 pm. Two things didn't fit through my door, which wasn't there fault, but it was 5:30 by that time & it was getting late to dispose of items. Plus I'm exhausted after being ready to go by 11 am. Then they ran out of wardrobe boxes, so my clothes were a huge mess. I would've rather packed them myself, but was instructed to leave them on hangers. Lastly, the movers looked exhausted & like they were going to faint. They told me they had not ate all day. Now, the real upset, I've contacted customer service to at least get a refund for the wardrobe boxes that were lacking, & no response. Disappointing. I will move my own items in the future. read more
