This company hires incompetent individuals who will destroy your property and take more hours than originally quoted to the customer. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY EVER! They will try to avoid filling a claim for the horrible job they performed and then tried to charge me well over what was quoted. I moved most of my boxes before they even arrived but took almost 10 hours to move what would have taken a true professional moving company a few hours. Did not wrap my new furniture in plastic to protect my property or anything resembling a knowledge of moving. It was a nightmare!! *** UPDATE: Mid-September (3.5-4 months later) *** I still have not had the repair done to my drywall that they damaged. Several times I called the person they selected to do the repair, received no phone call to schedule a date. Do yourself a favor and NEVER use this company! *** ORIGINAL REVIEW *** Firstly, my neighbor at my old house saw two of the workers jumping on my son's brand new mattress outside before it was placed on the truck. Then they broke BOTH of my desks that I use for work. They have unfortunately refused to replace either desk. Additionally, they wanted to CHARGE ME a $60 disposal fee for one of the desks, which I had to argue to get removed. They broke it, yet wanted to charge me to dispose of it! Really?! They put a hole in the drywall of my son's room and promised to fix. Surprise, surprise, they have NOT fixed it. I finally got my washer and dryer hooked up (about a week after moving in because we needed to change the dryer outlet to a 4-prong grounded outlet), and what do I find? The washer knob was jammed and doesn't work (so I cannot turn the washer on). It's an expensive, relatively new front-loading washer. At the rate things are going, I'm not going to hold my breath for that to be fixed either. Additionally, I spent countless hours over the next 4 days moving all the rest of the items they wouldn't put on the truck. I will never use this unprofessional company again. Never. And I recommend you DO NOT use them either. Your friends will respect your property more than these people will. Have your friends help you, or use any other professional moving service. read more

After my grandmother used them, I would never use them. They threw tons of glassware in with other stuff, just in trash bags, not wrapped or protected at all. Quite a bit if her China was broken, so they generously knocked 200 bucks off her move, after charging her 1200 more than quoted because they didn't anticipate how many men it would take. Nothing was labeled, everything was just dumped off, total nightmare. Total cost was$5300, after being quoted $4100, and the majority of her stuff in her house was either in dressers that didn't need packed, or already packed in totes. If I could give negative stars, I would. I needed two couches swapped from upstairs to downstairs. I already had both couches inside, just needed them switched. Recently painted the upstairs and live in a bi level, so could be a tricky move. I called a few places, and settled on Two Men and a Truck because they were the only ones that "guaranteed" that if they damaged anything they would get it fixed/replaced, although they were quoting almost $100 more than the other companies I called. They also "guaranteed" that they would wrap my couches (I assume some type of plastic wrap) and use bumpers to protect them. That's why I paid the extra. During the move, they did not wrap either couch or use any type of bumpers. My Fiancé offered the movers a screwdriver to remove the handrail going up the stairs, they declined. They ended up ripping the brackets for the handrail out of the wall while tearing one of the couches. I was very disappointed due to the fact that they did not take the care (wrapping, bumpers) that they insisted they would in order to get a sale. Well, at least they "guaranteed " they would fix/replace, right? After dealing with their Operations Manager telling him I wanted refunded part of the cost of the move also, he said they typically just replace/fix the damage but still charge the cost of the move. I told him that would've been fine had they done what they promised as a service (i.e. wrap couches) I could understand an accident. I told him thanks for what he'd "attempted" to do for me but I obviously needed to speak to someone higher up than him. So they started playing games, he couldn't do anything else for me but when I insisted to talk to his boss, his boss was magically "out of the office" (what turned out to be commonplace). After insisting that I speak to his boss, the Ops Manager called back later that day offering $100 and still repair/fix damage. Amazing the "boss" could be bothered by phone apparently with such trivial things such as his business. I said we would get the repairs done to the wall/handrail/couch to our satisfaction and then we could talk about a refund for the move. It was a months long ordeal that resulted in me still having a ripped couch. If they had originally done what they had promised, the couch would've never been damaged, instead they make "promises" to get your business, then don't follow through. Corporate office isn't much more concerned, if the North Canton branch cared about the customer 5% than Corporate maybe cared 7-8%. I will never use this company again and would never recommend them to anyone. read more

WRONG. they called at a little after 2 saying they're running late and will be after 3. okay fine. no big. then office called back and said that it would be best if they could come tomorrow and give a measly 5% discount. no. that's not what i scheduled. i wanted today. THEN they have the audacity to not even show up til 5:30... they told me it was $140 an hour and not the $125 an hour i was quoted. Then we tried to call their office and as i'm on the phone they tell me i need to get off or they're gonna start charging me. I then started to get irritated because they were so incredibly rude. If you plan on a big move soon, STAY AWAY FROM FOUR DICKS AND A WAGON! Not only was I overcharged I was seriously disappointed! LOTS OF DAMAGE TO FURNITURE! Like a piano, Deep freeze, Antiques and walls in both homes! and I still can't locate many exspensive items! Like a Bose CD player and CDs. Absolutely awful company. Improperly secured my desk which fell and smashed a custom-made one. Placed things in the top of a desk and turned it over smashing those things. Charged $800 for boxes but did not used tape and used my backpacks travel bags, etc. put heavy boxes on top of light ones, crushing them. All after showing up a day late. DO NOT USE THEM! Had them move our whole house. They ran out of room on the truck plus didn't haven't some boxes that were apart of the quote. Said tips were appreciated. Then had 4 TVs moved all had damage to them. Two are not useable and two just cosmetic. Then they said we didn't do it. read more

Even after reading the negative reviews for this company, I decided to give them a call to get a quote. I spoke with a lady on the phone who told me I would need to speak to someone else. That someone else was on another call and was unable to talk at that time. I was told that I would receive a call back that day before 6:00 PM in order to finish my quote. I did not hear from them that day and still have not heard from them three days later. I will not use this company. read more
