This place has failed my son and my family. First two days…read moreat this establishment my son develops Bronchitis due to someone else child. We have to keep him out of day care for two weeks to get healthy. On the first day back to their daycare he gets Chicken Pox. So that's three days there and 3 illnesses. We have already paid 500 dollars for their services and they won't refund any of our money. But worse they take no responsibility for his illness. They didn't even want to report it when I called. Not to mention they have the children take 4 hour naps, the constantly taking all the wipes and diapers from my sons bag to use on other children, and the lack of information when it comes to what is being done with your child. After our talk with Kidsplay I received a land slid of incorrect info on my child's day their. So bad that he was picked up at 2 by his grandmother, but they still put in the information that he had a diaper change at 3pm. I am so disappointed in this place and will not being sending my child back! I urge any parent to do the same!!! I contacted them at 9am about the situation, and they didn't inform anyone until 1:30pm

Please head my warning and do not use this facility…read more We are blended family, and unfortunately, this Daycare did not protect the child involved. Situation was that one parent removed the child from daycare full-time and did not notify the other parent (did this behind the other parents permission) the daycare falls on responsibility as well because they just took one parent word for it, knowing that both parents have joint custody and they were also going through a custody battle. The daycare did not notify or question the other parent that was not present when said child was removed. When it was discovered, it was not even 12 hours later, and the daycare claimed they were completely full and unable to accommodate to allow the child to stay enrolled, even though she had been going there for four years . They refused to provide their policies as the other parent was malicious and lied to the courts stating the child graduated when that was not the case. It wasn't until we got a lawyer involved that we got anywhere with this daycare. They hand out policies and procedures everyday so it's quite concerning how they acted.
