The campus is pretty open and there is a lot of space to walk around. Nice seating areas, too. There are a couple cafes on campus, such as Crave, and there is good parking on the surrounding streets (Theresa, in particular). It's a private university, so the programs are expensive, but it's hard to "rate" a school, because it's so subjective - if you are interested in learning about SLU SOM, you should go to another source and read about the national ranking, application process, tuition, etc.

The professor was extremely accessible by email for questions regarding the course. There was actually some personal contact with her and she left criticism on some of the writing assignments we did. She did not weigh in on the weekly discussions publicly but she did leave some comments for each person. The assignments were a combination of computer graded tests and quizzes with a few personal writing assignments. It was a pleasant class and I'm glad I took it. The administrative staff at Wildwood is extremely accommodating and nice to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to return if need be and I would highly recommend this campus over other larger ones like Forest Park.

After finishing a bachelor's degree, I worked for a year then decided to pursue a master's degree in a different field. I needed to take about 6 pre-requisite courses and chose this campus because of its close proximity to my home, low cost, and offering of all required classes I needed. I have to say, the education I received here was top notch, with some classes even higher quality than those at my top 20 undergraduate university. From the moment I walked through the door to register for classes, everyone was so kind, warm, welcoming, and clearly rooting for me to succeed. My instructors were passionate and skilled in their various subjects, and it was clear that they truly took an interest in the learning experiences of their students. This campus has a library with free tutoring services, a snack shop that also sells fair trade items from around the world, students' artwork hanging all around the building, and (perhaps best of all) free parking. The building is very nice with well-equipped classrooms. I made it to graduate school with no problem and all my credits easily transferred. If you're looking for a high quality, affordable, all around solid education, STLCC-Wildwood is an excellent option!

That's a great opportunity for an archeology class, to experience hands on digging and discovery. Be sure to check out the remains in the science building. The architecture is mind blowing. The buildings designed by Bernard R. Maybeck are breath taking. His creative style of designing buildings, should be studied by today's architects. Maybeck designed for Principia between 1924 and 1940 and you'd never think his buildings were build during that time in history. I liked how they don't call the student housing, dorms. They call them, houses and I can tell you that they look more like a house than a dormitory. The "living room" on the main level was spectacular. Even the furniture was overstuffed and out of an Architectural Digest. I was impressed with the size of rooms the students had. They were bigger than someone's bedrooms. The historical Chapel is a beauty to behold, so be sure to check it out. It's close to a bluff, so the view is spectacular in the fall, but also good for the other seasons, as well. A notable graduate and a favorite actor of mine, the Oscar winning, Robert Duvall graduated in 1953 with a degree in drama. Next time you're heading up to Grafton for fun, stop by Elsah and check out the only Christian Science College in the world.

Pros first: thank you for opening up your facility for athletes of all ages to show they talent and compete in an competition full of kids considering they could be doing activities that would lead them down the wrong path. It's a beautiful thing to see all our children compete and enjoy it and leave with recognition and sense of worth. This facility is very nice, clean and fit all families comfortably. Cons : the service of cellphones is nonexistent. It's like once you get inside the facilities your connection to the outside world is gone. That is terrible that no Wi-Fi was available for an all day event . No heat was available as well. We had to sit with coats on for 8 hrs and with that coldness comes headaches and sniffles. My son is a senior so I don't have to deal with this any longer but for future events please think of these small cons and try to address them asap.

I continue to have contact with…read moreprofessors there, and have seen ongoing expansion of the campus and improvement of the facilities. The counseling department has added new staff and courses since I was there, which has improved the diversity of both the staff and the course offerings. I am very satisfied with my training and preparation, and have been successfully employed in my field since the month I graduated. I felt my professors took a genuine interest in me as an individual, and were very supportive and encouraging of all the students there. The campus is very inviting, with a friendly atmosphere. This is not a large university, so understandably the library hours are not always as long as I would have liked. However, I was able to manage my schedule so that this did not present a problem for me. Alumna have ongoing access to the library materials and services, which is a nice benefit. For those who are not regular students or graduates, I am sorry if they feel that the cost of a card is not worth it. As an alumna, my accessibility to the library and continuing education programs has been without any problems and at a very reasonable cost. I am disappointed that someone would give CTS such a low rating based upon their dissatisfaction with the cost and accessibility to the library. CTS is not a commercial enterprise, but a high caliber theological seminary. I am surprised that someone who I would assume is not a student or alumna would give it such a poor rating based solely upon their access to the library. I would assume that they could have access to the use of the library even if they could not check out materials unless they renewed the card for the full year.
