I've been having trouble sleeping so I stopped by this dispensary to see if they had something that could help. We got a couple things. I believe our budtender was Vanessa. She was very cheerful and helpful. I bought some 10mg Sour Jamberry chews. They didn't knock me out, but I was so pleasantly relaxed I didn't care. We also bought a CBD salve and some pet chews for our dog. She's terrified of fireworks. I don't buy marijuana often these days, but All About Wellness is very clean and seems to be run very well. I appreciate the service and honestly, hardly ever busy, so that's cool. However, it gets very frustrating that whenever I place an online order, I come pick up, I get told that the online pricing isnt correct. The product is being sold higher in store than what it is listed online. Systems are down frequently so you're kind of forced to take more money out the atm, getting hit by that 2.99 fee. Then you get told that they can't honor the online price even if it was listed that price before. Just don't feel that's fair as a customer. read more

We are all human and we make mistakes. But 2 times is not a mistake. I mentioned in my previous review about being bullied by the security guard and the receptionist when inquiring about their pandemic procedures which sparked my desire to post the situation. I heard all about Wellness had a new location and we were in stage 2 of the pandemic procedures from the government so things were looking better all around. That's when I decide to visit all about Wellness and give them another opportunity only to find out from the security guard that I've been "86'd." That terminology according to my recollection is slang and unprofessional, but I could be wrong. Either way, it didn't feel good. I tried to explain the situation and that all I want is for them to be better, but I had to fight through interruptions ended ultimately fell on deaf ears. It's unfortunate, that a disabled, military veteran turned artist and yoga instructor can still be treated like a terrorist in the country that I literally broke my back for. This is the kind of corporate bullying that shuts up whistleblowers and keeps oppression at its strongest. Well, you ain't shutting me out. I survived the war and I will continue to fight for what I know is right. I hope everyone reading this knows that the reason I review is because I love each and every person in this world enough to call 4 the influencers to be more responsible and caring as I continue to try to be. If and when I go to the dispensary, this is pretty much my go-to spot. I've been coming here for years now, usually at the old location, right next door. The new location is much more spacious, and has a better ambiance. I like it a lot. They carry a wide range of products, from bougie bud to bottom shelf weed. Edibles, drinks, concentrates, gummies, tinctures, flower, and more-- it's all here. Their full inventory is available to browse online on WeedMaps. Some of my favorite products carried here include The Pot Company $10 bag of cookies, the $5 full gram pre-rolls, Raw Garden and Big Chief cartridges, and all kinds of concentrates. They almost always have full grams of concentrates for $20 or up. If you're lucky, you might get a gram of Paper Planes or Nepenthe for $15. They usually have Dealers for $20, or Creme de Canna, which is my favorite cheap concentrate, for $25. They used to have some shatter that was $15 a gram, or 2 for $25-- I think it was House? I'm not sure. It used to be my go-to concentrate, until they stopped carrying it. The way the budtender explained it to me was, "We just feel like Dealers is a better product." True, but $20/1 gram is almost double the cost of $25/2 grams. I don't think it's worth that much extra. Still, overall, they carry a great selection of products, and the quality has almost always been good. I've only had one off experience, with a brand of weed that I think they stopped carrying, anyway. I trust this place and would recommend checking them out. read more

I'm not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to CBD/THC. In fact, I had no clue? I had always assumed that I would get high from any Cannabis product. I was wrong, CBD is great for pain relief. THC is what gives you the High. I was talking to friends about back pain and they told me about a cream that would give me some relief. So I searched for dispensaries and most were just a business without a physical location and they would just deliver it to you. Well, I wasn't comfortable with that and I knew of AAW since I go to Ramen House across the street. It doesn't really look like a business from the outside, but there are a lot of people coming in and out. I walked in and the gal and the friendly security guard ask for my ID and she registers me and I wait in line to be helped. There was so much stuff, I was taken aback. There's vapors, edibles, oils, creams, etc. You name it, they got it! I can't recall the name of the young guy who helped me but he helped me find the CBD cream I was looking for. On top of that, they gave me a card which you can use for 20% off on items. The cream isn't 100% effective but it does give me comfort without having to rely on meds. I'm glad I came here. I have been coming here for years until I had a strange encounter with the staff there. I check in like I normally do, and was told to have a seat because I "have a note on file". And the receptionist needed to "check with management" to see if I could go back there. I thought it was a little weird and asked a follow-up question on my way out and was told I have a note on file and they need to check with management before I go back there. The next time I came in I asked the same question and asked to speak to a manager. The manager came out and told me I have a note on file and he isn't allowed to discuss it with me. I can't imagine what the "note" says. I have never been anything but a calm and quiet customer. I don't even flirt or act playful towards the staff there. Again without me knowing what the "note" says I cannot change or correct any behavior. Funny, my money still spends there though. They have no problem taking my money but need to check with management each and every time I go? Clearly I am not that much of a security concern if I always get waved past. You are just making people wait longer for no reason. Yeah I will just go to Nug, they have a much better selection anyway. read more

No longer on the corner of 19th and S but the next building over on S. Check in at reception and they'll let you know when you can go into the retail area. Personally, I like the online ordering that you can do from their website and pick up during the time frame chosen. I get texts regarding my order and with street parking or their own little lot, I haven't had any issues. They carry a brand I like and the staff is always nice. Cash or debit with a fee. Oh, and with online ordering-- you can let them know at check in that you're doing an online order pickup and they usually will let you do your pick up if there's otherwise a wait. read more

Twice at the new location I have been forgotten and skipped over while waiting in the lobby. I was told to sit and wait then five people people went in. The employee at the check in desk did not address me at all until I stared at her for letting the fifth person go in. She lied saying that she said "I could go in" and deflected all the blame onto the customer. I told her id rather leave and never comeback again. For employee and customers safety, have a locked door to buzz people in accordingly. Even a cheap rope tied across the entrance to the browsing section would strengthen the connection from employee to customer instead of just waving people in. Most cannabis clubs hire young inexperienced workers who have horrible customer relations and this location definitely needs to strengthen their interactions with their guests. Have some class and decency. That is key to developing a respect for cannabis use and purchase. read more

This is my favorite dispensary in midtown/Sacramento area! I started smoking in my 30s and am not well versed in cannabis. The facility is beautiful and they have a wide array of products. The staff is absolutely fantastic! I could not say enough nice things about the staff. Since my knowledge on cannabis is not great, I try to come in when Natalie or Ryan are working. Natalie and Ryan are fun, really helpful and go above and beyond with warm customer service. I especially appreciate that they always have great recommendations. I've lived in S.F. and L.A. where the shop experiences are varied and usually lacking in something or other. Tried out a new dispensary and it was definitely a mistake, parking was by another building with their name so I had a bit of trouble finding the enterance, which would be fine if the security guard wasn't patronizing and felt the need to make several comments and laugh while I was visibly uncomfortable and trying to get away from him. Inside the staff wasn't any better, I had questions about what kind of deals they had or if there was a first time discount, the woman didn't aknowlage I had asked anything and handed me a paper, telling me to wait until she was ready. I understand being over worked and under paid but it wasn't even acknowledged that I had spoken, and when I couldn't get clarification on how they were planning on using the information in the signup paper I took my ids and left.. i really hope this was just a bad day for these people, but it was a terrible experience. read more

This is coming from a critique point of view with no emotional ties. This place of business is nice to you and perhaps will bend over backward when it comes to taking your money. However, when they have a damaged products and you happen to be the unfortunate customer that purchased it, they treat you like shit. Perhaps more like as if they owe you for even taking your time to drive all the way there to return the item without a clear communication if they have it or not, so when I came in, I thought it was going to be an easy transaction but it turned out to be a nightmare. They didn't have the same brand that I paid for. Yes it's cheap. And it's the big chief, but the product is irrelevant to how they treated the situation and their customer. First, they tried to up price me by selling me a different brand which is about a few dollars more and I informed them that I was not interested in purchasing another product. All i wanted to do was an even exchanged. They proceeded to explain about the legality of each reasons why their hands are tied to accommodate to having me trade in two different products based on a detailed legal matter, which I completely understood. Although, I drove all the way from home in Elk Grove and had to stop there to waste my time they never bothered to offer a discount or anything. So I saw the situation for how it is. I then agreed to come back in on Friday since they have more stocks of the brand that will be shipping out that day. Come Friday after work, I went and returned the easiest transaction. I should've opened the box and checked to see if the cartridge worked, but I did not want to waste another time with those people and in that establishment. I got home and guess what... the cartridge was another malfunctioned cartridge I was given. At this point I called and asked them if there is anyway I could be accommodated for the inconvenience and the mgr replied that the cartridge was already discounted and no way they can do that. Gas is money and time is valuable. Maybe those people have no common sense to put two and two together. I get that it's a discounted price, but why not give a 3 dollar joint? Something that provides a reassurance that you care for your customer and you want them to come back? Especially if this is the second time around it happened in the same week! I used to talk so good about this place until I realized how dirty and shady they are to people who not only help them out with their business, since I've always bragged about how good their selections are!!! HOWEVER, I would rather buy from a company that has integrity and that really cares about their business and the only way you care about your business is if you learn to humble down and stop sticking your head in your ass! Learn some common sense and not get high at work so you can think better on how to provide an outstanding customer service. In conclusion, I didn't bring the cartridge back. I'd prefer giving this rating and providing some useful information to consumers that purchases from this establishment. They are not a customer service environment and all they want is money, but the minute you have a concern, it's their pompous arrogant high horse sitting asses with a huge ego and perhaps a small private part that likes to make a decision over making it right Good luck with your business and I hope karma comes and says hello to y'all SOON!
