As always top notch experience at Abatin Wellness. Convenient parking in front on the street as well as in a small parking lot. Security guard greeter professional. Checked in (ID scanned) and immediately helped by a woman. Sorry didn't get her name. Found the product I needed, checked for reward points (there were none), rang up the sale and bagged my purchase. Pleasant, quick to handle the sale and out I went headed to my next stop. Abatin has a great supply of goodies if you desire them. I needed cream and a sleep aide. Used to be a long time customer but after all the employee changes and losing the old crew it really is not a happy vibe in here now.

This was my first time here and I love this place so much honestly. I'd rather go here than anywhere nearby now, simply because the employees are super friendly and helpful. Service is always top tier. Everyone is always our favorite. We get good guidance on our purchases and our money is well spent. The house brands of edibles SMACK ! We're just finding out about them and it's currently my preference for edibles. This is also a safe place for all the humans. I used to be a regular who went here constantly because of their great promotions and prices, but lately they're completely different. I went in on the first Saturday which happened to also be my birthday, to get a promotional bag and a free pre-roll. The manager, who is the most rude person I've ever experienced in customer service (and I worked customer service for 5 years, so I don't say that lightly), did not like that I called her rude to her face. She chose this moment to kick me out when I wasn't at all aggressive even though she was completely disruptive. There's much better dispensaries out there, don't bother. This place is popular and for good reasons. The waiting room is comfortable and serves filtered water. Music is playing but not too loudly. Several cashiers and additional support staff who are friendly and knowledge. And to top it off, I received a free gift bag with an assortment of pre-rolls and gummies. My first time in a dispensary and it was like walking into the Holy Grail. Two security check points and then had to show my ID and sign a waiver since it was my first time. Then we waited in the waiting room for our names to be called. We were told to go to counter 3 where a very nice and knowledgeable man by the name of Kei (or maybe it was Key) helped us! He was fantastic! I told him what I was looking for and he knew exactly what I needed. I walked out with 2 different types of gummies and a couple of flowers for my husband. This place is great! It's a slow process once inside so that you don't feel rushed and you have a chance to see and smell everything they have to offer as well as ask any questions you might have and they explain that to you in the beginning which is nice. It's a very cool experience! I didn't feel out of place or judged for it being my first time so that was a nice feeling! They have an ATM inside too if you don't want to pay the ATM fee at the counter. Check them out! read more

A friend had mentioned Abatin was his favorite dispensary in Sac, so some out-of-town friends wanted to check it out. After security lets you in, everyone must show their IDs, even if you don't plan to buy anything. There's also an electronic waiver to sign that says you agree not to consume on the premises and such things. The inside is very non-frills, but the staff were really welcoming and warm. You're given an iPad to peruse the menu, which is a little less personal than letting you see items in person, but I assume most of this set-up is for security reasons. Recommend bringing cash or using the ATM in the store. read more
