I had the weirdest experience at this dispensary; the manager or the employee that approached my friends and I were extremely unprofessional. After check-in, I gave the individual at the desk "know your rights cards"- !!no malicious intent!! the reason I gave it to the person at the front rather than just place it in front of the glass was because I didn't know if it was allowed & didn't know if it would be "solicitation." I specifically said, " These are know your rights cards, we're giving them out in case people would benefit from this information." After going in & grabbing cash from the ATM, the manager approached us by asking "Are any of you Hispanic?" Which first of all, I don't think it's any of her business & second, my friend is biracial & Latina. She explained how the man at the front found the cards offensive & that if "we weren't Latino we shouldn't be talking or sharing about this because it could be taken the wrong way" ^ such an off-putting, unprofessional, weird approach & there was no logical rationale behind what was being said. We saw other employees pass it around and talk about it & Im going to post a picture of said card because I genuinely don't think it's offensive, if you have differing beliefs just throw it away instead of causing a scene in a place of business with PAYING CUSTOMERS. I was so thrown off but respected the fact that the employee didn't appreciate that I passed it to him- so after I made my purchase, I went up & explained that it wasn't a joke & I apologized if it was offensive or came out that way and the man at the front acted really confused? Like his coworkers weren't just passing the card around and talking about it on the floor & then proceeded to say "you could just leave it with other business cards" again... um maybe if you read the card you could of come up with a logical plan of action- either throw it away or simply say it's not allowed. bummed because it seems like there's an OK selection but the manager really needs to check how she approaches customers, because that was lowkey crazy lmfao like do we need to disclose our ethnic background with you in order to be valid enough to advocate for members of our community??? wack as hell read more

As for the receptionists up front (specifically the woman with the blonde bun and Marilyn piercing) neither of them looked up from their phones when I walked in, to the point I had to say something to them to get their attention. The lady and I made eye contact but she literally just stared at me no words no smile nothing... so presumably I walked up to her window and handed her my ID... stank attitude for sure. The location could be better. it's in a rough-ish area nestled between other businesses. Sketchy people eye you down while you wait in line and there were some loud homeless people in the parking lot. I often find myself wishing that they closed later than 9:00PM but that is probably for safety reasons or some sort of operational law. When I came, it was busy there was a 50foot(ish) line out the door that went past other businesses. Once you walk in, they have a front desk area in the waiting room that has this bullet proof glass between you and the attendant. You then sit down in this bright room while others wait with you, sometimes having to stand in there because it's so busy. Finally once the security gives you the okay to go into the main room, there is another line. It's actually surprisingly large on the inside after you get past the initial waiting area. They have a ton of options from flower, edibles, pipes, drinks, wax, carts, etc. it's wall to wall full of variety. They have two ATM machine in the showcase room but suprise surprise, there are lines for those too. One of the machines was down when I went. I was shocked to see my favorite, the 8th wonder, was sitting on the wall. The prices are about average for dispensaries. Of course they be taxin if you compare to a dealer but this is an official establishment with security, employees, a location, etc. so they have to have some sort of markup to make a profit. My main dislike was the service. The bud tender I got was so unmotivated, it seemed like he'd rather be anywhere else but there. He was very unhelpful and borderline rude. We asked him some basic questions to figure out what options we had and he ignored us. He told us some things costed __ and then when when he rang it up, it was a completely different price. He threw our change back and felt very angry/aggressive which was a bummer because the two bud tenders next to him appeared happy and friendly. We tried telling the budtender that it was my first time and if they had any special deals for being my first time and it's like he wasn't even listening to me. Not sure if I will be back to this place. Bottom line/TLDR: it gets the job done. read more

I live down the street from this dispo so the area really doesn't bother me and I think it's kind of funny that there are so many reviews dissing on the area. Mind your business and you'll be fine. Besides the area, the staff has been helpful every time I've gone in. I place orders online now to save time and they let me replace things in online orders if I come in and see them and aren't crazy about them, which I'm not sure they're suppose to do. But it feels like there's never any pressure to buy something. I mostly purchase edibles and wax and I've never bought anything I've been unhappy with. Place lack's customer service and Beto has a piss poor attitude. Will never be coming back to this sketchy place. Won't even let you return a 25$ item after a mistake. Willing to risk weekly business. The employees and management are so unprofessional they tell you to file a complaint with the city. They welcome city and business complaints. Amazing.
