These guys are awesome and they were actually honest.... unlike many others we contacted. Other companies were going to replace our whole system because the AC was nearly dead, but they took the time to look at the system and told us we didn't need to replace the heating part of the system, only the AC part. These two have saved us a lot of money and we are so thankful! We were contracted to buy a home and our inspector found an unusual amount of rust and suggested that we get a seperate hvac inspection. Donna said she would send Tony out that day and depending on what the diagnosis is, it may be free, but at most $50. What? This was unheard of. Tony came, looked everything over, explained what was going on (filthy filters led to units starved for air and pulling air from different area which caused excessive moisture and rust) and he did not charge a single penny. Super impressed. That house had a bunch of issues, so we ended up rescinding during our options period. Fast forward about a month and my husband buys a NEST thermostat for our bottom floor. He attempts to install it and realizes the voltage is too low. Then our AC wouldn't turn back on downstairs. Great. He calls Two Seasons and goes over the issue. Tony walks him through what to try to fix it. What?? Who are these a/c angels? My husband fixed it with a fuse and a little expert knowledge. So they have helped us twice at no charge. You betcha we know where we want to spend our money when the inevitable happens and it is a bigger issue that can't be solved over the phone. Willing to help when no other company would. I came home to a hot house after work. I was able to quickly diagnose the issue. Upon diagnosis, I began the process of looking for the part, even though it was after business hours for the local HVAC part suppliers. I called a few HVAC service companies and they all responded the same. I won't sell you the part, but I'll come install it for what was essentially 8-10 times the cost of the part. Out of desperation, I started looking on the Nextdoor.com neighborhood page and found Two Seasons Heating & Air. Tony actually lives in our neighborhood. I called him, explained the issue and my diagnosis. He responded by coming over to our house within 10 minutes of my call, testing and confirming my diagnosis, and installing the part for me. The best part is he did all this for less than 1/5 of the cost quoted by the competition. You will not find this type of customer service anywhere today. I called several places before Two Seasons getting quotes to replace a part on my outside unit. Donna answered and found out if they had the part I needed. I talked to Tony for a few minutes just to make sure it was the right part and he came out about 10 minutes later and replaced the part. The whole process took about 20 minutes. He charged are very reasonable price compared to the other places. They are extremely polite and listened to the problem I was having so they would not waste anyone's time. You ever cringe when the A/C unit is on the fritz out of fear from the cost? I use to. Most companies are expensive on service calls and the big companies pay employees on commissions. I called two seasons air and I will never call another company for my A/C needs. Affordable, reliable, friendly, prompt, great at communicating and above all honest. I don't fear price gouging when I call them. Their honesty keeps the price in check. I have used them twice then refereed them to my in laws. My in laws were quoted a ridiculous price and were told parts were no longer under warranty. I called Two seasons and they said the parts were under warranty which saved them a lot of money. Wow! My husband and I were without AC all weekend. We called five AC places and they came over to give us quotes. All quotes were so high we would have had to have a payment plan for five years. I looked on yelp to help and found Two Seasons and thank God I did! We called Sunday morning which by the way it was raining and nasty outside. Made a call to Two Seasons after my air conditioner would not turn on Friday morning. Received a call back from Donna within an hour. While they were booked for Friday we booked an appointment for the next morning and Donna said she would call on their way to my house. Just as she said Donna called and they arrived right on time. Tony diagnosed the problem, they found the part (on a Saturday), put it in and continued to work on it until the unit began running again. These 2 were excellent at keeping me informed about what is going on and what the repair may cost. Their prices are very reasonable. They are very personable and professional even with my 4 legged fur baby. When they are not 100% on something they were sure to say so but continued to help find the correct solution. I have a split system AC unit. Meaning my downstairs and upstairs are controlled by one after market system that splits the air via damper in the air handler. Upon having my home warranty company come out they quoted me $2700 to replace it. I knew this was asinine so I sought out 2nd opinions. I called Two seasons and explained the system and issues. Tony knew with certainty that it would be an easy fix. They showed up promptly, treated my wife with respect and my home like it was brand new. Tony was able to remedy the problem without high cost, in a timely manner and didn't charge us to check out the problems, THEN text me to check on things later that day, offering to come back if anything went wrong. While our family of six spends quite a lot of time and money with a wide variety of great businesses in the Austin area, we reserve detailed online reviews for the truly exceptional ones that go above and beyond all of the others. Tony and Donna of Two Seasons HVAC provided us with some of the best customer service we have ever received from any business and we recommend without reservation to them to anyone who needs help with their HVAC. Our only regret from doing business with them this week is that we didn't find them years ago. You will not regret doing business with them, whether you are talking about a routine maintenance call or a full system install. Our AC died catastrophically last Saturday (mid-July) when it was 95F out. After calling several of the other leading HVAC companies listed on Yelp and being told by most that it would be Monday or Tuesday before anyone could come out and give an accurate estimate, much less an actual installation appointment, we called Two Seasons expecting the same. Donna answered and let us know that they had just finished a job and could be at our house in 30 minutes. They were extremely friendly when they arrived and went out of their way to take the stress out of what was already becoming a miserable situation. After looked at our system and agreeing that it was fully dead, they put together a guaranteed bid within a few minutes that had around a half dozen options for a full system replacement. After spending the rest of the day hunting down bids and ballpark estimates from 11 local HVAC firms, we found there was simply no comparison between the other companies and Two Seasons' combination of excellent customer service, honest communication, and affordable pricing. Seriously, we entered the process of trying to get a new HVAC in mid-July with an expectation that it would be a horrible process that at best would end up costing us a lot of money and frustration. Instead, we got what we feel was an extremely affordable upgrade to our house and an introduction to some of the most honest and friendly tradespeople our community has to offer. Despite being the busiest time of the year for AC work, they had a new Carrier system installed two days later and at a price that was better than what most of their competition was charging for lesser brands. It's almost a little disappointing that we will likely not have much reason to call on their services now that we have a brand new system. Tony and Donna represent the best of what anyone could hope to find in a local small business that cares about their contribution to the community. Five stars really isn't enough to convey how much we recommend them. Because this team are husband and wife alone, you never have to worry about working with another technician. They are ALWAYS available and have come to me quick on the hot weekend evening when my unit up and quit. This review is long overdue. We have been using Tony and Donna for our AC and heat services for almost 4 years now. They are the only ones we call on and trust to take care of our needs. We first met them when they replaced the ac in the rental we were living in. They provided superior service. The next time we called them was when something was going on with our thermostat. The heat was rising in the house and we didn't know what to do. Of course it was a Friday at almost 5:00pm. I called and spoke to Donna explaining my issue. I mentioned something about my kids, and I heard Tony say, "Oh yeah they have little ones, lets go there right now." I mean, who does that?! No AC company that I know of. I was referred to Two Seasons by a close friend. I called on a Saturday expecting to get an answering machine but Tony actually answered the phone. I explained that I my a/c was shot and needed a new system. I asked about pricing expecting to get a 5000-8000 quote. He said that he was unable to give a quote without checking out the system first. Wow, what a shock, everyone else I talked to just said it needed replacement without even looking at it. So I set up an appointment for him to check it out on Monday since I was out of town until then. I got a call Monday from his wife Donna to confirm the appointment for later that afternoon. They came out promptly at the time he said he would be there and throughly checked my system (which I saw the compressor explode so I knew it was shot) but wanted to see what he thought. He quickly diagnosed the faulty compressor and we went over some different options. With it being a 14 year old system I decided on a full replacement with the system he recommended. They showed up the next day (5 minutes early this time) to replace the system. He is extremely knowledgeable and does all the work himself. He does high quality work and I couldn't be happier with it. It cost less than expected and has a 10 year warranty. The system works better now than it ever has! After several weeks of dealing with incompetent technicians from another company sent by American Home Shield I finally called Tony based on a positive review from a neighbor. Wish I would have sooner. Our upstairs air had been out for 5 days. The other company told us we had a bad compressor that needed to be replaced and we were waiting on parts and approval from AHS. Big Kudo's to this company. I was blessed to meet Tony (25 years experience). in the industry) by chance. I leveraged my horrible Choice Home Warranty and they called me on Sunday evening to schedule the appointment Monday afternoon. He showed up on time and addressed the issue with the unit promptly. Due to so many issues with Choice Home Warranty, I asked for him to knock out the summer maintenance on the outside unit. He charged a very reasonable rate (lowest in the region). Took his time and did the job the right way the first time. A few weeks went by and another issue (17-year-old unit/poorly managed previously) and I needed more work done and they promptly returned and provided me a fair offer. Completed the work around my schedule. At that time he mentioned, that my outside AC unit will need to be replaced in the next few years. He didn't push me to make a decision that day, just gave his opinion. But, he did everything in his power to help me keep my coins in my pocket. A month later, father time and this Texas heat put my dear old friend Mr. AC Unit to rest. They were able to fit me in for the next day to examine the total damage. They seemed more disappointed than me about the news. His wife was able to fit me into the schedule later that afternoon (Did not charge me a trip charge) and was able to install a brand new AC unit later the same day. Tony was awesome! My ac went out on Christmas Eve and I figured it'd be almost impossible and/or extremely expensive to have someone come out that day. We were in for a cold Christmas day. I tired a larger company who said someone would contact me, but never did so I went with the Yelp reviews and tried Two Seasons. They said they could come out in an hour. Soon after they called back and said it'd be only 20 minutes! Tony came over promptly and was very courteous and respectful of house cleanliness. Of course my AC had to be stubborn so it took a while to troubleshoot, but Tony stuck with it, eventually finding that I needed a new controller board.
