    Cinnamon roll and sticky bun
    Sheryl S.

I went with a group and we all miraculously ordered something different, so got to try a variety of items: sticky bun, chocolate chip cookie, apple galette, raspberry scone, BLT, and cinnamon roll. All very good but my favorites are a tie between the sticky bun and apple galette! I also got a turkey sandwich to save for lunch later. And a loaf of the garlic pesto bread to have with dinner. There was a line out the door on Saturday morning but it moved quickly. I always look forward to coming here when I'm in Homer!

If I said it was terrible and you shouldn't come would you actually listen to me. probably not. And you shouldn't it's a 5 start place. The secret is definitely out on this place. We should have 20 minutes early and there was already people starting to form a line. Staff was super friendly and quick. The four items we bought all tasted delicious. Absolutely absolutely in love with that lemon croissant and the rhubarb. Place was clean well kept and blown away. They're only open for a few hours each day, but well worth it!

I've intended on visiting Two sisters bakery numerous times when visiting Homer and mistakingly didn't really believe the hype and brushed off stopping in. I learned today that was a big mistake! We stopped in on our way out of town and was sure I would be underwhelmed but the second I caught a glimpse of the sweet and savory selection of baked goods I was quite literally kicking myself for not coming in sooner. We tried several different pastries, muffins, breakfast goods and all were outstanding. Don't be like me, just go. Just go.

Stopped by here on foot as part of hiking the Beluga Slough Trail, though there is some gravel parking right by the building. Long line at 10:40 am on a weekday but line moves super fast because the ordering station is separate from the paying station. Unique pastries, soups, and $7 specialty bread loaves, everything was absolutely delicious. Per reddit this is the best bakery in alaska and they were right! 10/10 would recommend

We heard about Two Sisters Bakery from Jan at the Chamber of Commerce, so we just had to stop in here for a bite. We went early, so we had to wait until they opened at 10am, and a good line formed behind us. We selected a sticky bun and a rhubarb raspberry scone. Both were simply amazing! We would've taken pictures, but we scarfed them down! You have to stop here for a sweet treat! Highly recommend this bakery!

    Outside line

Always a line and always worth it! Anytime we visit Homer this is a must stop!! There is no inside seats but a couple picnic tables outside. Haven't tried a thing we didn't like but getting a loaf of fresh baked bread for home and a chocolate bun as a treat is our normal.

Ok just go here and get the sticky bun! Wow! It was like a combo of a ooey gooey pecan walnut pie mixed with a cinnamon roll. I ate it all and went back to get another. The cookies were good but the sticky bun was next level.

Incredibly efficient process with quality baked goods. We enjoyed the peanut butter cookies and cheddar jalapeño rolls.

This place is a jewel hidden in the small town of Homer, they are so lucky to have such a delicious place for baked goods.

So, by the time we got to Homer from Anchorage, I was hungry! We found this place through Yelp and stopped in for a bite. I had the BLT, it was amazing! The croissant was definitely freshly made, the aioli was yummy, also. It was a bit pricey, as Homer tends to be. They have a short window for the season and need to capitalize on the foot traffic. The sandwich I had was delicious and the service was pretty quick. Hubs wasn't hungry so he had a latte and thought it was tasty. I can imagine during peak season it might be a bit congested and a longer wait. Good luck to all y'all who visit between May and September!

The ordering area is small but there's another building next to it that has a bunch of seating for customers. The staff were super friendly and helpful even though they were very busy. My husband got the TBA and I got the Deja Vu. Our food took a long time to come out but I think that's because the TBA is supposed to only be served after 11 and I don't think the cashier knew that but they made it for us anyways even though it was 9. The Deja Vu was good but more plain than I was expecting. This one is why I have 4 stars and not five. There was nothing on top and all the items listed as being in the crepe must have been mixed into the meat cause it was just meat, cheese, and egg. Not sure it was worth the price and I got tired of the meat pretty quick which is probably just a me thing but idk if I'd get that again. The TBA was great! It wasn't dry or soggy and it was HUGE! Definitely recommend this one.

An interesting place, and as it opens very early in the morning, it's a great choice for breakfast…read more It's always been busy when we've been in. The vibe inside is old-fashioned, and features antique ranges, but it's definitely a no-frills type of place. The staff are on the ball, and get you seated quickly, with drinks being served fast, and with a smile. We were there for breakfast on Saturday morning at 8am, but have also been there for lunch (Their onion rings are amazing) i got the eggs benedict with bacon, potatoes on the side, I'm not sure what husbands was called, but it featured biscuits n gravy, 3 scrambled eggs, and choice of bacon or sausage. We both got coffee, and it's a diner, so they come around with the coffee pot constantly offering refills. Benedict was only average today I'm afraid, my egg yolk was jammy, rather than runny. The hollandaise was unusual, and quite salty - not awful, just not the best I've ever had, but equally it wasn't horrible. It would not stop me coming back. The potatoes - i believe they were frozen, and not fresh. Again, not awful, just not the best I've had. The bacon was good, the muffin was good too. I ate most of it, so obviously it was an acceptable meal. Husband ate everything but half a biscuit. I'd probably rate the food we had today at a 3, though i have had better food here, so this is not a rating set in stone, my experience was a 4 star, as the staff are lovely, and service is very good, and i will still come back.

What a great place for breakfast in Homer!…read more Super cute. Super easy to find. And super friendly service. We had about a 10 minute wait which gave us time to look over the menu and some of the history on the walls. Once we were seated at a table our server quickly came over with waters and asked if we wanted anything else to drink. A previous review said it's self service for water - we did not experience that. I had an OJ and my husband at tea. The OJ comes in a massive glass, not the standard water cup size. For breakfast I had the burrito which was super good! I was a little hesitant when it said chipotle tortilla - I wasn't sure what that entailed. I'm still not really sure, but I can say the burrito tortilla was a little crispy which helped keep my burrito together when I ate it. The burrito comes cut in half, which makes eating it way more manageable. My husband ordered the biscuits and gravy which he also enjoyed. We will definitely be eating here again when we're in Homer.
