Ham and cheese baked good

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Such a cute bakery at a great location.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is outdoor seating in the back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside where you order is small area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You wait outside to receive your order. The staff is kind and friendly. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant and a cinnamon roll. Both were delicious! If you are in town for sure stop by and try their great treats.

I went with a group and we all miraculously ordered something different, so got to try a variety of items: sticky bun, chocolate chip cookie, apple galette, raspberry scone, BLT, and cinnamon roll. All very good but my favorites are a tie between the sticky bun and apple galette! I also got a turkey sandwich to save for lunch later. And a loaf of the garlic pesto bread to have with dinner. There was a line out the door on Saturday morning but it moved quickly. I always look forward to coming here when I'm in Homer!

If I said it was terrible and you shouldn't come would you actually listen to me. probably not. And you shouldn't it's a 5 start place. The secret is definitely out on this place. We should have 20 minutes early and there was already people starting to form a line. Staff was super friendly and quick. The four items we bought all tasted delicious. Absolutely absolutely in love with that lemon croissant and the rhubarb. Place was clean well kept and blown away. They're only open for a few hours each day, but well worth it!

I've intended on visiting Two sisters bakery numerous times when visiting Homer and mistakingly didn't really believe the hype and brushed off stopping in. I learned today that was a big mistake! We stopped in on our way out of town and was sure I would be underwhelmed but the second I caught a glimpse of the sweet and savory selection of baked goods I was quite literally kicking myself for not coming in sooner. We tried several different pastries, muffins, breakfast goods and all were outstanding. Don't be like me, just go. Just go.

cardmom knot, runs out fast, strong cardamom flavor

Stopped by here on foot as part of hiking the Beluga Slough Trail, though there is some gravel parking right by the building. Long line at 10:40 am on a weekday but line moves super fast because the ordering station is separate from the paying station. Unique pastries, soups, and $7 specialty bread loaves, everything was absolutely delicious. Per reddit this is the best bakery in alaska and they were right! 10/10 would recommend

We heard about Two Sisters Bakery from Jan at the Chamber of Commerce, so we just had to stop in here for a bite. We went early, so we had to wait until they opened at 10am, and a good line formed behind us. We selected a sticky bun and a rhubarb raspberry scone. Both were simply amazing! We would've taken pictures, but we scarfed them down! You have to stop here for a sweet treat! Highly recommend this bakery!

Outside line

Always a line and always worth it! Anytime we visit Homer this is a must stop!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is no inside seats but a couple picnic tables outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Haven't tried a thing we didn't like but getting a loaf of fresh baked bread for home and a chocolate bun as a treat is our normal.

Sticky bun, peanut butter cookie, oatmeal cookie, vegan muffin

Weird hours but the coffee and pastries are amazing. Great way to start your morning if you can catch them when they're open!

Good but not as good as we expected based on the reviews. The donuts were dry , the turkey sandwiches were very plain. Disappointing

That restaurant was…read moreabsolutely exceptional, and when they were at this original location they served wood fire pizzas, and some sandwich options. Homeslice's menu is now essentially that portion of their Little Mermaid menu with a few additions like appetizers & salads. While I'm happy to still have a piece of the Little Mermaid available when I'm down in Homer this restaurant no longer holds the same "wow factor" especially since it's mainly a pizza joint now. This is a seasonal restaurant only open mid May-early September. The pizza is pretty good. The crust is flavorful, and it's got an abundant amount of toppings. But, the pizza can be a bit dry. The crust to topping ratio isn't well balanced. There's basically an entire breadstick as the crust. While they do put a lot of toppings it always seems to be lacking sauce so some bite can be dry. It's sadly not my favorite pizza spot in Homer (of which there are now many--it's kind of becoming oversaturated). The pizzas are all what I would consider California style with some out of the box toppings. They only find in 1 size--12 inches, which is pretty much a personal pizza. We ordered the Thai chicken pizza, sliders & ahi tuna poke. The ahi tuna poke is exactly what used to be served at the Little Mermaid. It's one of my favorite dishes in the state, and is so delicious and fresh. The sliders are also very good. They're little smashed patties that are well seasoned & flavorful. They also have some great crinkle cut fries & house made ketchup. They have desserts, but sadly not their famous carrot cake. We got some cupcakes, and a Rice Krispie treat. Dessert was good! The space here is very small & cramped. It's even less seating than when it was the Little Mermaid. There are outdoor picnic tables as well. It's counter service, and they deliver the food to you. Happy to still have a small piece of the Little Mermaid available!

The only downside is I didn't spend enough time in Homer to try more items on the menu. The pizza coming out looked absolutely delicious. My son got the BBQ Mac and Cheese, and I couldn't believe how flavorful it was!
