Never asked "what can i get you", instead I was stared at for about 20 seconds before I asked for a Bayou brezze with light syrup. Never said anything to me besides the total. No clean tables or seats. I got the drink that was left sitting behind the counter for 10 minutes. I took a sip and there was so much syrup I couldn't even drink it. I tried to get one of the employees attention and was ignored. Every other experience was fine besides today. Happened on May 20th around 2:20.

They also rarely answer the telephone! Very Sad how they treat their customers!!! So guess the Corporate Office because they are a individually owned franchises!
