Just completed their newest room, Vault 805, and it was a blast!! From the story to the audio effects, music, props and puzzles, it was a truly a fun and immersive experience. We really appreciated the attention to detail. This was only my second escape room experience (the other was a highly rated one in Los Angeles) and this one was by far my favorite. Beta tested a new escape room here called The Runic Ritual and it was so much fun. This was my first time at any escape rooms and it's sort of like being in a live action video game haha. There were riddles, lock/key puzzles, combo code puzzles, and even one sense oriented puzzle, among a few others. I liked the story element as well. Staff were friendly and helpful, nice atmosphere. I didn't know how much I'd enjoy this and will definitely have to come back, as well as explore others! read more

One of the worst experiences in my life! Manager Monica Estrada falsely accused me of vandalizing the restroom and disrespecting one of her employees. Without any explanation or reasoning to assume such slander, she kicked my friends and me out of the site without allowing us to defend our name. Every time I attempted to formulate a sentence to respond to her outrageous accusations, she would rudely cut me off and not let me talk! When we tried to ask for an explanation on her outrageous claims, (since we were confused to begin with) she threatened us to call the authorities. We weren't even halfway through the escape room, when she pulled us aside and wrongly accused us for something we did not do. I am in utter shock with her insensitive and unprofessional treatment! I myself am a small business owner and would never treat a client like this, especially if I did not witness or have proof of anything! What intended to be a spooky night out filled with thrill with my fiancé and friends, turned out to be a total nightmare! We drove almost 2 hrs from Los Angeles to this place and I left the location crying and shaken with embarrassment. I am not the type to write reviews, but I had to share my experience. We didn't even get a refund. Never in my life have I felt so humiliated and treated so disgustingly. I was verbally attacked, accused and humiliated. read more

Just finished the runic ritual escape room. Very imaginative escape room, and well set up. A few clues were a little ambiguous, but overall very well thought out. We ran over the allotted hour, but were allowed to continue since there was no one booked behind us. Very gracious of them. read more

My family and I (5 Total) decided to try Two Trees as a pre-birthday dinner event. None of us had ever participated in an escape room challenge so we were unsure what to expect. We arrived 15 minutes early as requested and were promptly greeted by staff. After signing the release we were given a quick briefing on the rules and scenario of the game (Mystery at the Manor). The staff member was very friendly and answered any questions we had. Our host seemed out of breath and advised that the group before ours had broken something in the room we were going to. After she squared away the problem we were ushered to the room to begin our game. We all had a great time, despite our horrendous performance, and continued to talk and laugh about the game well into dinner. Our host was very patient with our inexperience and this made the game that much more enjoyable. If you've never done an escape room experience I'd definitely recommend Two Trees. read more

My family and I were able to arrange a last minute reservation for the Runic Ritual during the holiday season. Staff was very polite, helpful, and organized, especially considering it was the holidays! Upon stepping into the room I felt immediately immersed (and a little spooked - in a good way!). It was well-decorated, and had a good mix of puzzles of varying complexity. We were a group of 5 and there were many tasks happening simultaneously which was perfect, as no one in our group felt like bystanders. I have done a couple escape rooms in the greater LA area, mostly as corporate/work events, and this was one of the more memorable experiences. Overall, we had a wonderful time and I will definitely be back to try their other rooms. read more

Two Trees Escape was a treat! We did the Mystery Manor/Mansion Room. The theme is to solve a murder mystery similar to Clue. We were given an hour to solve a variety of riddles and puzzles, some of which were very challenging. It required my focus the whole time, was thoroughly engaging and it was a great team building exercise. You could tell a lot of time was spent designing the room, a lot of thought put into the props and puzzles and the quality of the overall experience would be hard to beat. I would highly recommend giving it a shot. They recommend the groups be 6 to 8 people but you could always join up with another group. Although we did not solve the riddle in the allotted 60 minutes they were generous and gave us some extra time before the next group came. We were able to solve it in 72 minutes. Oh my gosh I LOVED this place. We've done quite a few escapee rooms and this one was so much fun. It's a double game. Escape room AND murder mystery. So immersive, fun puzzles, and really interesting. We loved and we are a tough crowd to please with high expectations. Highly recommend this place. read more

One of the best escape rooms I've ever been to. We had so much fun trying to figure out the mystery. Just when we thought we had it we were pleasantly surprised to discover more of the mystery was still waiting for us! Seriously give this place a try, you might solve it or you might not but this little shop has room to grow! In a word, Stellar. My girlfriend visited from out of state, and we and a friend went to this escape room and had an absolutely spectacular time. I was nervous going in, I can easily get nervous in environments like that, but by the end I couldn't stop smiling. The lobby had refreshments and was comfortable and welcoming. We were helped by a lovely employee named Monica, who was upbeat and helpful start to finish, and made us all feel comfortable and helped us grasp what we were getting into. Once inside we were solving clues, making connections, finding secrets, and having a total blast continuously start to finish. It was no Nerf ball escape room, but it wasn't rocket science either. We were only really stumped by one step, but our game master Monica pointed out that we were just forgetting something, and we eagerly finished the remainder of the exciting storyline. Overall I had an extremely fun and engaging time, and would recommend Two Trees Escape Rooms to anyone looking for a fun activity with friends or family. Greater than 5 stars read more

Great experience! High-quality set, many, many puzzles to solve and one unexpected, yet fantastic secret lead to a really good time. We went to Two Trees Escape as a team-building exercise for work. We were frantic, got frustrated, and made lots of happy noise every time we solved a clue. Our host was so helpful (without giving anything away) when we needed it. This was fun and very, very challenging. I recommend it highly. Note, this was not an "escape" per say. We were required to solve the puzzles, find an object and then as a bonus, solve a murder. So...two challenges in one...and we were never locked in. Note: I wouldn't recommend you do it with less than six people. Also, if you are a small group, they may combine you with another group (up to 10 people, I hear) during peak hours. We asked to have the room to ourselves and they obliged because we were doing it at an off time, and there was nobody scheduled behind us. They are currently building a second room/challenge. I will definitely want to go back and solve the new room. read more

Management is amazing and truly wants every customer to have a great time. They were quick to reply to my numerous questions via email and made my teen daughter's birthday at the escape room such a fun and smooth experience. They even offered to hide a small gift in the room if we brought one, which was a fun surprise for my daughter to find as she and her friends solved the riddles and puzzles. The room was spacious and well-decorated and the mystery was a unique escape room twist. We look forward to coming back to do their next room when it opens. Many thanks Two Trees Escape! read more
