The Runic Ritual puzzle was very engaging and well thought out, however, the staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. My group arrived 13 minutes before our scheduled 4:30pm time, and nobody greeted us for around 20 minutes. Then, the staff member who finally came out to greet us scolded us for being late and said to arrive 10-15 minutes early in the future. She said we might have to be kicked out of the puzzle before our full hour was up because of this. We did not arrive late, and I told her that, but she simply walked away and another staff member came out to give us further instructions. It's a shame that the staff was so unprofessional because the room itself was great. There were tons of puzzles that everyone could work on, it was multi-room, and the story line was interesting. Nevertheless, the staff at the other escape room in the city is much friendlier. read more

We came here to do Mystery at the Manor and it was so much fun! The theming was great and the puzzles were all very creative. My group of 5 (expierence level: ~100 escape rooms) was able to solve the room and there were enough puzzles to keep us on our toes the entire time. We also had the pleasure of beta testing thier newest room, Runic Ritual, which was spectacular! The decor and interactive elements were flawless and my group and I throughly enjoyed the game. I recommend these room to both enthusiasts and those just getting into escape rooms. It is definitely something to do if you're in the area! After the rooms we were able to talk to the owner and operator, which as enthusiasts we always love. Their passion for escape rooms radiates and you can tell they love what they do! I can not wait to see what Two Trees comes out with next! read more

It was Halloween, we were visiting town, and we needed something creepy and fun, so we did the Rune room! Monica and anjelica (spelling, sorry) were wonderful hosts, the lobby had an old beat up piano, which was fun to mess with, and the couches were cozy. They were having a Halloween party which they invited us to, because they rocked! The room: Fun! The detail was really impressive for a small company. The puzzles were just the right amount of challenge for 2 people who've done a ton of rooms. The help was unlimited, which we definitely needed a couple of times. Nothing negative to say at all, the room flow worked, the set was great and customer service was an A+! Definitely coming back when I can find an excuse to come to town again! read more

The room itself was really fun! We all loved the theme (we picked murder at the manor). I really wanted to leave a five star review, however, our group felt pretty disappointed after our game, not because we could not escape. We walk into the room and solve half of the clues in 5 mins... Before entering, the game master read us the instructions for the room (kind of read through it really fast) but also gave us the typical rules. In that rule speech, she mentioned that nothing in the room moves at "more than a pinky strength". Turns out when we asked for a clue, they mentioned to us the hint to the alleged exception to the pinky rule in the room (as we found out from our different exit game master who was disappointed we weren't told about the pinky exception). Had we known previously, we might have tried to move certain items more while staying careful to not break anything. There was also paper missing from the room that was crucial to one of the puzzles. I feel like this ruined our chances to escape the room. Again, the experience was fun, just frustrating that we were misled and the room wasn't adequately restocked. read more

This place exceeded my expectations. I was skeptical when I first got there as the decor is a bit dated but once we got into the room and started playing it didn't even matter. Our Game Master for the afternoon was Kaitlyn- I arrived a bit ahead of my group and was greeted fairly quickly. We'd booked the Runic Ritual and 5 of the 7 group members had never done an escape room before. One other member had done two, and this would be my 25th room. Kaitlyn chatted with me while I waited for my crew and she told me about the same-day booking discount, the room themes, and the upcoming concepts for rooms. Very friendly, and soon enough my group arrived, rules were given, and we were off. For a group that had mostly never done an escape room, we crushed this! We managed to get out in 33:14, and we would have beaten the record of 31 minutes but we got hung up on the final task- it's a very interesting way to see what kind of people your friends are! Fun tech in this room, I liked the atmosphere and the darkness of the room. A bit stuffy, but we moved quickly! Feeling victorious and knowing we still had plenty of time in our day, we took advantage of the same-day booking discount and went ahead and grabbed the next open spot for Mystery at the Manor (my 26th game, 25th success!). We all grabbed our characters and our hats, and dove in. This room was massive and quite non-linear at points. You end up with a lot more puzzles than you know what to do with at first, but having a big group helped us divide up tasks. The theme and decor reminded me of a big game of Clue. Very fun, some genuine headscratchers in here, and this room has a lot more hands-on lock and key than the Runic Ritual had with its tech. We escaped the Manor in 57 minutes, making it a double victory day. Lots of fun, and a spacious location means they're working on a number of new rooms. Will definitely be back to try whatever they open next. Both rooms here were also nontraditional in that there was no "escape". The objective wasn't to escape, but to solve the moral quandary at hand or otherwise puzzle out the full plot and your role in it. I liked that! Inside the story of each room, knowing the endgame helped us to better engage with some of the puzzles. A great time was had, and big thanks to Kaitlyn for being friendly and helpful to us. Did Mystery at the Manor with a group of 5. The room was immersive and we all had a great time playing! I wouldn't call it an escape room necessarily, as we did not 'escape', we completed an objective but it was still a lot of fun. Some of their puzzles I hadn't seen in previous rooms and were unique so that was a cool thing to see as well. Our group also had the chance to beta test their new room opening soon and it's something people should DEFINITELY check out as it will not disappoint. I hate leaving this low review. 1st thing the girl helping us was amazing. The room it self was amazing but we has 3 major malfunctions. The wand battery was low so didnt open had to call her in to use the laser. The book and the selves didnt open right away had to spend 5 min pushing books to left. The worse malfunction was the rock in the last room. Im sorry to leave this bad rating but not worth 33 dollars we both left upset read more

I wasn't sure what to expect as it was my first time in an escape room. When we went into the room, we all just scattered but each of us was able to highlight particular skills in order to crack the multiple puzzles presented before us. It was super fun and there was another room that the puzzles had led us to. Going through each part of the room we were able to learn about who was the one able to lead us, who was able to notice things that others couldn't. It was a group of 8 and it was perfect! This was my first time here, came with my son and 2 of his friends. We did the Murder in the Mansion and the let us play until we solved all the puzzles which was an hour an a half. The two girls were very kind friendly and helpful. Definitely will be coming back to try the other rooms. One of them mentioned they were building a room just for walk-ins which I think I awesome! We did the Haunting of the Manor Room. This place has great puzzles and a lot of new ones that we'd never tried before. The three of us had a great time and the room was large and AIR conditioned. A gaggle of teens celebrated my daughter's 16th birthday here this weekend. They did the Runic Ritual had an absolute blast. Monica was great. They were incredibly accommodating and I was able to set up food and cupcakes in the lounge area and since the time slot after us had cancelled, we got an extra 15 minutes, which gave them JUST enough time to escapeThe lounge has props and a cool vibe that made for fun photos before and after the time in the actual rooms.
