Horrible service!! I went to Two Wheel World to get a new rope for my starter and to check out a small leak on my four wheeler.. ended up with a new carburetor and a new manifold. They cut all my gas lines, that were replaced the year before, and hit me with a fat bill of new gas lines and the new carburetor and manifold. I never asked or gave permission for them to actually install these new parts. These ignoramuses ripped me off and Lied. It's a disgrace they are allowed to continue working in Arlington. These guys are crooks in the worst way because they hide behind a family friendly cover but in reality do not care nor want to help their customers. After five months of hell I finally picked up my four wheeler after a call saying it was ready. Took it to my house and I pulled the new starter....only pulled it once and the new starter I ORIGINALLY went in for broke!!!!... haha I couldn't believe it the one thing I went in for was completely broke worst than when I went in! I'm not sure any of these guys are actually real mechanics. I examined my four wheeler a little more only to find there were bolts loose/missing and new wires just hanging on the handle bar. Lol this will be the last time I ever visit Two Wheel World. What once might of been a respectable business is now just joke, a rat pit, a grease pit!! And a front for washed up mechanics who only waste their own time and yours!! read more

I'm surprised this place is still in business with the installer that worked on my bike. I have a 2005 Yamaha VStar 1100. (Yes I know you have to loosen and remove some pipes for the oil change, I can't do it my self so I go to shops until I have to spare change for an oil filter relocation kit) they knew this prior to taking my bike and I paid the rate they asked for the oil change. I could hear the installer cussing profusely in the back as he's working on my bike. I told the guy at the desk(I guess it was the manager or owner) "if he doesn't know how to work on my bike or doesn't want to I can take my bike somewhere else". I finally get my bike and ride to work later in the week( 50-100 miles after my oil change) and MY PIPE FALLS OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET. Insanely dangerous for me and now my pipe is dented and scratched. I bring it back to the same shop and the installer blamed my pipes and complained that he only got $20 for the job and said I was talking sh*t when he worked on my bike. I live two blocks away from shop and tried really hard to give them my busine$. I went in and told the counter man about my bike and what I wanted done and he took my name and number but never called. I went back a month later and repeated step one with the same result. This is a LAID back shop. But first appearances aren't everything in the '2 wheel world'. Keith is a tremendous mechanic. I brought in my VTX1800 and had the rear differential oil changed out for $80.00 LESS than the other bike companies in town. Go there, pay less. Deceptive sales practice. Ordered a part that was described as in "great condition" got it and it looked like it was stolen - all busted up like they ripped it off another motorcycle in a hurry. They won't exchange/refund because it was sold "as is". read more

We took my wife's trike in because of a fuel leak and the engine was popping pretty bad. They fixed the fuel leak (they rebuilt the carburetors), but the bike is popping worse now than it was before we took it on. The rear turn signals are not working now either. We also found some huge gouges and scratches on one of the fenders. They paid to have the fender repaired. But, because of the popping, we will have to spend more money else where. We will never go back to this place again. read more

Try somewhere else. My son took our old 4wheeler in to be serviced, and get a new starter rope on it. After spending 375.00 for manifold and carb work the rope would not re-wind and the machine would not keep running on his first try. I called and talked to Stoney the manager and while he was respectful he offered no solution or remedy so we will never use them again. It's a shame, I have used them for years and purchased retail accessories in the past. New generation that has lost any sense of customer service. A real disappointment. Very unsatisfied. read more

I ordered a part and was told it would be there next day, 8 days later it finally showed up and I had to call them to see if it arrived. The guys are dumbass shit for brains who don't know the meaning of customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone read more
