    Bought my TTR 230 in this dealership brand new January 2022. Been using the dirt bike lightly during camping . Suddenly my bike won't fire up so I did my research and usually Yamaha ttr always have battery problem. I told myself I'll just drop my bike since I have the YES Yamaha warranty coverage until 2024. Here is the catch when I arrive at the service department. Mechanic help me and ask me to sign a document that shows $700. I ask him. Why am I paying this much when I still have warranty and you didn't even look at my bike/motorcycle. He said don't worry "We will take care of you". The normal line that every dealership will tell you. Anyways I signed it since I need to go to work and I already towed my bike there. Today I just got my bike back. I GOT CHARGED OF A SERVICE THAT I DID NOT ASK!!!!! I WAS CHARGED OFF "FIRST SERVICE". WHAT THE FUCK. I DIDN'T REQUEST FOR THIS SERVICE!!! THIS IS A SCAM! I was so pissed off. I ask the manager if I could return my bike because I don't want to do business with this scammers!!!! This is a REAL REVIEW! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! This is a comparison of my experience with Harley Davidson in Bedford. My Iron 883 won't start. Harley towed my motorcycle didn't charge me. They replaced the battery and ONLY CHARGED ME $150. By the way I do all maintenance on my Iron 883 and Camaro. I just went to this dealership because of my Yamaha YES Warranty however this STEALERSHIP still found a way to SCAM ME/RIPPED ME OFF!!! So tell me if this DEALERSHIP perform a SCAM or NOT!!! Again this is a REAL REVIEW! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They just want to RIPPED YOU OFF!!! PLEASE look at attached picture. Search on YouTube. Dealership always claims that you leave the "CHOKE ON". If I only read the REAL REVIEWS ON YELP. I definitely will not buy the Yamaha ttr230 in this dealership. Robert Leatherman you are a genuine ASSHOLE!!! 3 hrs labor my ass. I do oil change/maintenence on my Iron 883. There is NO WAY THIS A 3 hrs job. Again I didn't ask for this service. The mechanic ask me to sign a document that was empty with only price on it! It's a TOTAL SCAM! The real meaning of "We will take care of you" is "We will find a way to RIPPED YOU OFF!!!". This kind of SCAM is the equivalent of you going to the doctor and only wants a check up but hey I want to ripped you off so let me perform a Heart Surgery so I can hand you a BIG ASS BILL. Usually if you have problems with starting your vehicle the causes are Battery, Starter or the alternator. I didn't know that I need to do a FULL SERVICE just for that. That's why I'm mad because I SIGNED A DOCUMENT WITH ONLY PRICE ON IT. Again Harley identify the battery problem on my Iron 883 and only change the battery and DID NOT PERFORM ANY OTHER SERVICE!!! BY THE WAY Robert Leatherman you are an ASSHOLE. I should have taken a picture of the document before signing it. Thanks for this experience. Lesson learned. Now every time I deal with a dealership should be written and recorded so next time I can sue anyone that tries this kind of scams.

    I wanted to acknowledge Robert, Theron and the service staff for their attention to detail and customer service. They went above and beyond with my Venture Royale and V-max as they have always showed. However this time deserved recognition. Thank you gentlemen for setting things aside to make things right.

    Let me start by saying Arlington Motorsports is the place to go!!! I came here yesterday to buy a Polaris RZR. When I walked in through the door, I was immediately greeted and helped out. They showed me their selection and were able to help me with pricing and picking the best bike for me. I was helped by a man named Brad. The process was so easy!!! They were all so efficient and nice. I will definitely be coming back for future purchases and service as well!!!!!

We most recently ordered 2 Lifan KPX 250's and had them delivered in the crate, unassembled (we prefer to DIY). We had been eying these bikes for a while and they had a great sale price compared to the other dealer in Texas. When we finally decided to pull the trigger, the sale had ended the day before. However, they did us a solid and honored the sale price. By the way, we made this purchase over the phone as we had researched the bikes and knew exactly what we wanted. We made 2 separate credit card transactions, one for me and one for my brother's bike. We also paid 360 $117 each to do the title and registration paperwork for us. When we received our plates, bill of sale, and titles in the mail, we realized they had flip-flopped the VIN's and done the registration backwards. We had to make 2 trips to our local DMV to get it all sorted out as well as pay a $45 re-title fee each. Due to the mistake, I requested a refund of the $117 and $45 fee for each of us and to my surprise they agreed without any haggling and we received a check in the mail in a few days. The bikes themselves are great. My brother's bike had a small issue with one of the parts and when he reported it to 360 they were very quick to ship a replacement part free of charge. While all of the title issues prevented us from being able to ride fully legal on the street for an additional 30 days or so, I am very happy with how they resolved the matter. We are now ripping these bikes all over the city!

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I spent 2 hours this morning on the phone with these people the first…read moregirl didnt have a clue whar she was doing, coupdnt answer basic questions about MCO and shipping, then a guy named Sunny came on the phone and answered my questions, I explained that I had a different address than my billing address to ship the scooter to, he said it was fine, no problem, to go ahead and place my order online, so I did. Went through all the promps which took some time and was a bit of a hassle too, but finally got it all placed and confirmed, then got 2 emails, one was confirming the ord3r and all the details, it all looked good, secons was a link for me to sign up as a member and create a personal account on their site to keep track of the status. I noticed that the order had been cancelled! So I called up again a third time, this time it was some lady in the office, she topd me it was a fraud prevention since my billing and shipping address are different which makes no sense whatsoever at all. She didnt take responcibility, but instead blamed "the system". Good one. Jokes on me. She said I shouldve gotten an email to confirm, but I explained I didnt. Not in spam, not anywhere. No calls. No emails. No nothing. And that I had been on the phone for 2 hours explaining the situation and still she laughed and treated me like it was a joke. I explained that now Id have to call my bank to make sure the funds hadnt been debited before I placed the ord3r again as this time she said Id have to place it over the phone. So Id have to go through this all over again, but this time have no record of it as before. Utter rediculous. So I called the bank and sure enough they had no hesitation or problem taking my $1,861.19, but still cancelled the order immediately. Unbelievable. So let me get this straight, if its a potential fraud issue simply because the shipping address is different than the billing you take the persons funds out yet dont deliver the product purchased? Makes no sense at all. And then NOBODY out of all 3 people I spoke to took responcibility, treated me like a didnt matter. Didnt respond to my situation or concerns etc. And now I will also have to wait at least 5 days before I can use my money as those funds are now pending as spent at my bank! As I was finishing up on my call at the bank I get a call. 30 seconds later I call back and its was TXPowersports under a different name altogether, I had to ask to confirm this, and said somebody had called and Im calling back. The guy was clueless and said he didnt know who it was. I asked who it might be and he said theyd all gone to lunch! He too tried to play dumb about the situation. Blaming it on the "system". So they take my money out, cancel my order leaving me with frozen funds, took up several hours of my day, passed the blame, didnt tske responcibility, treated my situation as a joke, I could even here her laughing about it as I was stressed out and trying to explain, played dumb and didnt have any common sense, left me hanging, and didnt offer to make it right. If they are this awful while trying to buy something I can just imagine how horrible theyre going to be if the item is shipped and has damage or if their is any issue at all with it. Im sure I will not get the paper work to title it on time either if at all and theyll just blame the "system" for everything and pass me around like a ping pong ball and then go out to lunch leaving me high and dry. No doubt about it. These people are awful and treated me like garbage. I would NOT recommend this company or any other name they go by. Arlington Powersports or Affiliated Powersports or whatever they hide behind. They truly dont care at all and youre just a number to them theyd rather not have anything to do with. But theyll have no problem taking your funds in a flash. Amazing how fast and trouble free that is. Thats the one thing they know very well. Thats the only thing they know. Aggravating, frustrating and completely dissatisfied to the max!

The new battery went bad after a month. The company said they would not send out a new battery because they already sent out one. Next the brakes went be (fell apart) after very limited use (nothing off road), called any said it was out of warranty. Now the kart won't start. DO NOT PURCHASE A TRAILMASTER GO KART!!!!!!!     I purchased a 2025 RPS M16 a few months ago and it has been one pain in the ass after the next. Do…read morenot buy anything from here unless you know how to work on Chinese bikes. It's impossible to get certain parts. No companies want to work on them because of them being Chinese. And anywhere that works on a motor scooter is not nearby. I cannot take this bike into the shop there in Arlington because the bike is not highway legal and I do not have a truck to tow it. I had to replace my exhaust pipe and muffler due to the wind knocking the bike over and it breaking. The part from this dealer was ridiculously expensive. There is an EGR valve that was part of the pipe that the dealer cannot get and I have searched all over the internet and it doesn't exist it seems. So I had to block off the valve and now I feel like it doesn't run properly. Then the spark plug boot kept popping off so I had to order that piece and replace it. And now the motorcycle keeps bogging down. I make sure to do the oil changes, replace filters, spark plugs and etc and it still is not working right. This was such a waste of my money and I will not be buying anything from them ever again. I was very excited to purchase this initially, and this is my means of transportation. Over priced cheap junk is what you will be paying for if you shop here.

It's been 25,000 miles and 15 months since I purchased my 2021 Yamaha FJR1300 from AMTC. For some reviews, you need time and miles. I bought the motorcycle for 2 reasons: first, to take a trip from my home town, Albuquerque, New Mexico, to Paducah, Kentucky to see the full solar eclipse. And more importantly, as a daily rider and motorcycle for instructing riders. (I'm an on-street motorcycle instructor.) My experience with the dealership may have set the tone for me love of my bike. I searched online, found the bike. Gorgeous, low miles, polished (with a "sure it got bent backing out" brake lever that they fully disclosed!) The price was 3k below book, and the bike was clean and clear. I interacted with Riley and Adam, when everything went through, and when I initially put my interest inquiry in. The process was quick, smooth. Overall it was a legitimate pleasure. A call, a couple e-faxes. A couple emails. The longest thing about the process was the TSA line for my flight to pick up my bike. I was in the dealership for around 10 minutes while they put my thermal gear plug on my bike and wheeled it out. Paperwork was done via fax and email in under 2 hours , from inquiry to "congratulations on your new purchase." If they have that R1 when I'm looking for it, or if I decide to get a Harley, I'll be back here without hesitation!

    Without a doubt the worst company I have ever bought anything from in my entire life. The key to an ATV was missing and weeks later I still haven't received it, even though they said they sent it. They didn't want to provide me with the FEIN Number so I could pay the Massachusetts taxes and register the ATV, it was just a lot of pressure. Chaotic customer service, no one knows absolutely anything and no one solves anything. I waited for the Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) for several weeks, even though they knew I needed it in order to finance the ATV I mentioned on the day of purchase, they sent it by plain mail, without a tracking number, it took weeks, a real catastrophe. If you have any sense and value serious advice, never, ever buy anything from this store, I sincerely hope I don't have any major problems, because they constantly change the information and procedures to charge more.
