This place is huge--two floors of sporting goods wonderland with a giant fish tank arch on the first floor! There are tons of Texas and Dallas Cowboys-themed photo ops, a literal Ferris wheel inside the store, and a massive café with food options, beef jerky bar, and tons of fudge and candied nuts. Bonus points for the staff--everyone I came across was genuinely kind, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to be there :)

Service was good. Although, we didn't buy anything we were offered help several times. The prices were high, but the quality of the sporting equipment and clothing was very well made. We originally went into the store in the last week of January for a quote to get some clothing…read moremade. We then were told to email the images needed to be printed onto the clothing to All About sports email. I hadn't heard anything back and decided to go to the store and see if something was missing from my email. This was on 2/14/25 after being told I would get a email response back. So now that it has been three weeks, I was told everything looks good and that it was a busy time of year due to sports and how much printing they were doing. I completely understand and paid in store that same day for the clothing to be ordered and prints to be put onto the clothing. I was told that the clothing would be ordered and should be in store the next week and printing should be completed the following week so I was expecting around a 2/28/25 finish date. After checking back in again last week I was told the clothes were in store and that they were just waiting on what font we needed on a certain area of the design. The font had been the hold up but I was never contacted by email or phone to ask about it. I had to go into the store to ask what's the hold up before I was told about the font question and within 10 minutes, I was able to provide the font and the design was ready. I was told the print should happen last week and be ready for pickup this week (the week of 3/10/25). I decided to check in today and see where we were at and was told "most likely we were waiting on clothes to come in and the artwork took a longer time create so the screen print will be done this weekend and be ready early next weekend" after being told the previous week the clothes were in and ready to be printed any day. This entire process has been a disaster for a small business like us trying to get some clothing made and I am very unimpressed with the communication. I will not be coming back here again for business.

There were about 7 people trying to check out and they didn't open another register while I was there and finally checked out. Still about a 2 Star. Still no Dallas Stars clothing or anything. Employee aid she didn't even realize. And they have baseball stuff still up...???
