Both times, I was told the work was complete. A few years later, I had another plumbing issue, only to discover that cast-iron pipes are still under my house -- meaning the work I paid for was not fully done. When I tried to address the issue: * Phone calls were ignored. * Emails went unanswered. * When I finally called from a different number and asked to speak to the owner, I was repeatedly given the runaround by the receptionist, probably the wife. Once she realized I was recording the call (for accuracy), she hung up on me. Now, they won't answer at all. This level of dishonesty, unresponsiveness, and avoidance is completely unprofessional. I'm escalating this matter to the Better Business Bureau and considering other options. If you're considering using this company, I strongly recommend you think twice. I trusted them -- and they failed me.

And I don't know how much money this usually costs, but the price did NOT break the bank, which was a huge relief during the holidays. So then I need to ask them to do all the items, and they will only do some. So then we need to tell them again. Then I asked them to test the faucets, etc., but they said that since the engineer is testing, they do not need to. If they say a master plumber is coming then do what you say you are going to do.

Christian (Epic Plumber) quickly identified what needed to be done, installed the new faucet correctly, and even verified the repair by using the access panel behind the tub to ensure there were absolutely no leaks inside the wall. That extra step gave me real peace of mind that the job was done right the first time. He was professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. One thing I especially appreciated was that he put on boot covers before coming inside. I don't allow outside shoes on the upstairs carpet, and without me even having to ask, he took the initiative to protect my home. The installer had to stand in the driveway and read the manual directions for the system, and STILL didn't get it right. One of the guys from another team had to come out to show him what he was doing wrong. He was very disrespectful of my property, broke a sentimental concrete ornament and left trash everywhere. Trash included broken pipes, cups, paper and cigarette butts. They left an open trench on the side of my house after they said everything was complete. This was a nightmare. They didn't waste any time adding charges for debris removal.
