I got online completed a short needs analysis, push the button and within minutes I received a telephone call and we set up an appointment for the next day. I was very pleased with their skill levels and especially with their customer relationship skills. 3. Their prices were competitive. They gave me a fixed cost thus taking the risk of unexpected loner ghourly charges out of the equation. 4. Their guarantees are impressive. However, one never knows about guarantees until one has to exercise a guarantee. Time will tell on this one. Except for the pain of paying out a lot of un-budgeted money, it has been a very pleasant experience.

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. So even with a senior discount I have a $1548 bill. When I asked why I wasn't given the full senior 20% discount, the answer is that the job was not big enough. Of course that was not in either the large or the small print. I do not recommend them at all. I think that you can get better service, more transparency and a better price elsewhere.
