This company was the most helpful and I had decided to go with them for an A/C tune up that included cleaning the coils beyond spraying with water which I didn't know was a thing at first. When I shared I would be back in touch after redoing the budget so we could pay cash for the service their response came across as frustrated. When I asked to clarify, again knowing I had not done anything wrong and was being transparent about our situation, I never got an answer back. One of the other companies Yelp sent my project too will be getting the business after I came back and said the other company stopped responding and agreed to match the price quoted by Air Capitol Cooling and Heating to exclude filter replacement. I gave Air Capital 3 stars instead of 1 because the person was helpful until the interaction felt dismissive to me for telling them I needed some time to rework the budget and would be in touch. ‍ ******* After posting this review, I received a message stating that legal action would be taken if I did not remove it. ******* Update: The public response below reflects the same tone I experienced.
