I've had the old guy come out 2 times now and all he does is slap a level down on the floor real quick and say it's fine. Anything ya say he just makes an argument before you can make your point and actually yells. ya kinda want to let into your anger with him but then he's old and kinda, maybe unable to govern his mouth do to lack of impulse control? Like maybe a slight personality disorder or somthing?? Anyway it's clear they have no intention of honouring their so called warranty. They are just gonna minimize or deny the problems.
