I needed to use the Restroom and Poojah was super patient with waiting for me while I freshened up! I appreciated how clean, tidy, and organized the Restroom was and how it was courteously stocked with plenty of toilet paper. When I walked back into the Salon Poojah did a wonderful job shaping my Eyebrows and Lip while interacting with me with a fun and spirited manner! I love how Poojah, Victoria, and the other Team Members always pour into me with playfully energizing affection and how neatly the operation is set up to maximize speed of service and comforting elegance. I was able to finish my threading visit for both my Eyebrows and Lip in around 10 minutes and Victoria was great in helping me check out swiftly and punching my stamp card to get me one step closer to my Free Threading Finish line prize!! The woman who did my eyebrows, an older lady, cut the skin above my eyelid and did not tell me it happened or apologize. It was bleeding a lot. When I brought it up, instead of acknowledging it, she said it wasn't a cut and told me I'm "just sensitive." I've been to many eyebrow threading places over the years and have never been cut like this, nor spoken to in such a dismissive way. I understand accidents can happen, but what really bothered me was the rudeness and lack of accountability. Being hurt and then blamed for it is unacceptable. I will not be coming back. I should've waited for my eyebrow lady.
