They did an exceptional job repairing my vehicle and it looks brand new. Additionally, my car was messy when I dropped it off to them and when I got my car back, my car was immaculately clean! Wiped down the interior, vacuumed all the crud from my carpets, and cleaned my windows. They are an obvious choice for excellent service.

ON…read moreTOP of the fact they are very rude, my bf and myself been on hunt for a center counsel for his truck. they said about 10 am they had one and that we could come up n get it and that it would be roughly 180$ and that was not the issue, we didn't hear anything back for about 6 and a half hours. mind you we have ours torn apart at the moment So this is more or less a time sensitive project. we called back about 4 and we were told that they were "short staffed" and then all of a sudden the quote changed and they weren't going to separate the seat at all. Poor Management and poor communication. So to our friend that referred us to here we will let them know to not recommend them to anybody else.

The Main St guys know what they're doing and the prices are fair. The shop is always busy with many cars in the lot waiting for service. They are great in person but communication isn't their strength, we typically need to stop back to learn status of a repair. Still, it's super convenient to have a repair shop in Mackinaw City.

We called every shop in the area and no one had the time to even look at our car until we called Chad, the owner of Patriot Repairs. Chad said he would take a look at our car. Chad figured out that our battery was improperly installed and had to order a new battery for our car. He got us back on the road when no one even wanted to take a look at our car. Chad is a former Marine and he displayed every trait you would expect of our service members. I would recommend Chad and his shop to anyone in Michigan or visiting the area. Chad could have very easily taken advantage of our predicament. We had limited time and no idea what was wrong with our car. And our battery was less than a year old! We did not expect the battery to be the issue but the improper installation melted one of the terminals causing our car to fail on us. Thank you Chad and I wish you the best of luck in the future. I just wish you had your shop back home. You would get to maintain all my cars, motorcycle and RV.

We were about an hour away from Newberry. Rich was on-site one hour and ten minutes after I called. Pulled my vehicle out without a problem. The bill was approx. $400, which I consider very reasonable considering how far I was from Newberry and the difficulty of my situation. Rich was professional, but friendly and personable. Recommended a Newberry restaurant to us, which turned out to be excellent.
