But the store itself is a very fun place to be at. When we were checking out all of the locals just kept chatting up talking about all the town gossip and things like that which was super fun for us. We also were able to ask them about the hidden secrets of lava hot springs. It was super great to be in such a welcoming place to visitors.

I wouldn't even complain but over the months watching him treat his staff the way he does has got to me. I spend hundreds a week here, look up my phone number you'll see. I've slowly started taking my business to Albertsons, which by the way is slightly more expensive however, the staff is helpful, not condescending and rude like YOUR STORE MANAGER... there's no inconvenience on waiting like your store... (lack of cashiers, self checkouts not working) I'm unsure why you even put in self checkout.. it's 90% not usable ( errors, closed, or no one around to clear the screens... all of your best staff over 2.5 yrs have left to other establishments, I see and talk to them in town. You need to re think your management, treat your cashiers and stockers better. For being a "family owned business" it seems you're only about money and not your workers as you allow the upper management to treat them like trash, and cut their hours it's appalling.
