My wife and I needed transportation from Lacey, WA to SEATAC on short notice. I contacted Tyler Limo and received a verbal quote that seemed fair. The dispatcher was polite and helped with estimated travel time and costs. He assured me that their drivers were experienced and trustworthy. Our driver, Dave, arrived early, was very friendly and loaded all our luggage in to a fairly new Cadillac. The drive to the airport was uneventful, right in the timeframe I had been given. Our conversation with Dave was very pleasant and we felt very secure with him. I selected Tyler Limo based on their five star Yelp rating and am not sorry in doing so. 100% satisfied. This review is a little overdue...for that I apologize. We hired Tyler Limousine to take us around Zoo Lights in Spanaway. It was the first time (not the last) that we used Tyler Limousine. It was also the first time we ever went to Zoo Lights. We (my wife and I) took my parents and my niece and nephew. Tyler Limo surprised us with a complimentary upgrade on the car...they also arrived 15 minutes early which actually was a huge help because we were able to beat the LONG line to get into Zoo Lights. Our driver was great. He allowed my nephew to sit up front with him so that he could get better pictures of everything. Wonderful memories. Terrific company. read more

Limo was 30 minutes late...driving from Olympia to N Tacoma...pretty sure you can check Google for travel times...after pick up took our HS kids to a picture location 10 minutes away...the young adults told the driver the Bluetooth wasn't working...after the driver tried to figure it out they now had no Bluetooth and no AC...it was also a very warm day...the driver did have a Bluetooth speaker (makes you wonder if this is a normal occurrence)... this was a celebration for their own Prom night...they drove to a location 45 min away...by the time they got there the boys were way overheated from being in their tuxes. The driver told a parent that we would probably get a 50% discount due to all the issues....instead when a parent spoke to the owner he blamed the issue on the kids..saying they opened the emergency exit that somehow broke everything...which was 100% false. These were not party kids/juvenile delinquents ...Would not recommend this company at all...it ruined our kids evening and no apologies were ever made. They didn't offer any kind of discount either. read more

Tyler Limousine gave us classy memories of an amazing day, taking friends from Olympia to the Westport Winery. Our driver texted me a reminder the day before and also the morning of, to let us know he was on his way. He arrived exactly on time, took care of details like opening the door for us and holding an umbrella, even though it was barely sprinkling, making us feel like royalty! The limo was clean, the ride was amazingly smooth, and we were supplied with beverages, glassware and ice. Our driver was happy to stop (for snacks and bathroom breaks) whenever we asked, and at the end of the day he dropped us back at home at exactly the time I had requested. First class service all the way. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely be booking with Tyler Limousine again! read more

Excellent experience. I booked Tyler Limousine to pick up my middle-school-aged daughter and her friends on the last day of school. It was a pleasant and professional experience from start to finish. David made planning & booking easy. He texted a confirmation, a reminder and driver contact info. His professional manner and attention to detail made me feel confident the girls would be safe. He arrived early and got a good spot. He treated the girls like they were VIPs by being attentive and helpful to them. He helped take pics with their phones, drove them everywhere they wanted to go and watched over them closely. He made it a fun experience for them, and worry-free for me. We used their service for prom. They arrived late due to traffic (which was fine). The teenagers all got in and realized right away the none of the controls in the back worked. They told the driver at their first stop and he told them he'd see if he could fix it while they were out taking photos. When they got back in, he was very apologetic but told them he couldn't fix it and gave them a Bluetooth speaker to use. They were happy to have music but with ten of them in the car on a warm day, and an hour's drive to the restaurant, they were hot and sweaty when they arrived. It was the same coming home--plus they were in the dark due to no lights. Again, the driver was apologetic but it was disappointing. The worst part was that when I called to address the issues with the owner/manager, he blamed the riders. He said one of them must have opened the emergency exit. My daughter said she sat right below that hatch and no one touched it. The driver told them it was a blown alternator and that we should call to receive a partial refund. Whatever it was, it was handled poorly! read more

Not only were we able to book them in a pinch (other arrangements had fallen through) they gave us a great deal. Their driver was very courteous and had stellar service.
