They took us to a hotel by their shop and even got a discount on our stay. The next morning, Daniel, (I believe was his name) the mechanic that worked on our vehicle found the problem immediately. He fixed the problem and had us back on the road by 11:00 am. They did not take advantage of our situation and just billed us for the tow and an hour of labor, didn't need any parts. AAA wasn't able to replace the battery. A local tire store could not do the replacement until Tuesday. Another tire store told me I would need to wait 4-5 hours to be worked in. Advance Auto could not do the replacement as it would take too long. They did recommend Appalachian Auto Repair. They were able to fit me in right away and the price was reasonable. They were also much cheaper than the price quoted by another shop. Also, their shop is the cleanest I have ever seen.
