This was nearly a $3,000 windshield repair, and the service experience did not match the price at all. The vehicle was also left unlocked outside in the parking lot for most of the repair process. We could see this through the vehicle's app, meaning anyone could have accessed it. When we stopped by to check on the vehicle after it had been sitting there for months, it was filthy. There was mud throughout the interior and debris on the exterior that had not been cleaned up. We were also told 3 days ago that the vehicle was ready and that keys would be left for pickup. We drove 40 minutes only to arrive and find no keys available, meaning we could not pick up the car after all. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service and communication experiences we have had with a repair shop. Delays happen, but the lack of communication, follow-through, and care for the vehicle made the entire process extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this location based on our experience.

I've communicated directly with about 10 spots and they all had availability in the coming week as well as taking the car for just 3 days. I know this is a sales technique, and I don't appreciate it. And even though the original estimate was too much for me to pay right now they found a way to, let me build the system overtime.
