These guys are amazing - truly scholars and gentlemen. Came in for a stage 1 upgrade to my 3.0 Audi Q5. Hung out with Mike and his crew for about an hour while they conducted the flash on my car. Pretty much watched them work for about an hour, asked them questions on cars, and the time flew by. Mike & his crew are great. Nice, clean, and organized shop. They are so honest they will help you not waste money on products that you may have thought were must haves. They get tagged as expensive but they are actually CHEAPER and 1,000,000x better than dealing with the VW dealerships service department. Car is always ready on time which is comforting, none of that pull up and the car isn't ready and they found more problems to keep your wallet open. They know what the **** they are doing!!! Can you find a mechanic to fix your car? YES... Can you find a shop that actually enjoys working on cars vs. counting your money and really not giving 2 shits about the quality of the work? Good luck with that if you went somewhere besides TYROLSPORT!!! They are busy which is good that means THEY HAVE LOYAL CUSTOMERS like me... Just had a Stage 1 tune done on my Audi TT Roadster. The shop is very professional. Mike did the remapping. He took the time to discuss my driving habits and what I expect to get out of the car. I was impressed and appreciated that level of care. He also answered a lot of questions I had about the Stage 1. Afterwards we took it out for a test run! Mike did a great job. These guys are great. It is hard to find a good Audi mechanic anywhere. These guys know their stuff. The shop is CLEAN. That alone makes you feel confident. It is a small shop and you may have to reserve up to 2 weeks in advance, but if you want it done right and at a good price this is the spot. For me it is hard cause I live in BX and they are in Brooklyn. But honestly for Audi repair there is no better place. Btw I called after shop closed and they stayed on phone to help me diagnose a problem on car that I thought was serious and turned out not to be. Caring and helpful they are. Mike and the team worked on my Audi S8 for a number of years and did a great job. They don't cut corners and don't play games. If a job is not in their wheelhouse, they'll be upfront about it. They are very friendly and quick to respond to e-mail inquiries. I have never seen a cleaner shop. It's hard to find a good mechanic that you can trust and ever since moving to New York, I can say that is even more true. After making several visits to my local VW dealership for parts in Queens, I can firmly say that I wouldn't trust those guys with a wrench, much less my car. I spoke to Mike back and forth over e-mail and was able to get a quote for all the parts I would be supplying and what I needed to get. In short order I was able to book a day for me to get my car in and within 3 days I had the car back in my hands good as new. Basically overhauled my entire suspension and installed R32 brakes + spindle conversion on my car to keep me going to next 100k. Their prices for parts were market and their quoted work time was fair. No problems leaving the shop and my interior was just like I left it. Yeah, it may take you a week or two before they're available but it's worth the wait. I think I've found a mechanic I can trust in the city. read more

I had some electrical issues with a 2003 Jetta I had just purchased and I felt very comfortable leaving my car with Mike.
