They figured it all out when I took my car in. My brake pads needed replaced, my spark plugs needed replaced, and my idol throttle needed cleaned. It all made perfect sense to me. I brought My other vehicle to the new mechanic just to have them check the new battery Crossroads put in due to on going issues. I was shown where the battery wasn't bolted back in place and one of the connectors had been broken. I'll have to take my car it to the dealership to have it replaced. I've gone to Crossroads for several years. they were bought out and have gone downhil And no longer have great customer service.

Leanna made sure the job was done well, and Tristan changed the oil. Jay greeted us when we came and let us know that it will be a little longer wait, due to it was only 3 employees there are the time. It was ok, because the employees worked diligently and were very pleasant. We still were in and out. Also, my husband end up purchasing windshield wipers as well. Upon arrival I noticed on the big sign about the desk they work on brakes , master cylinders, brake hydraulic services... but the guy at the front desk refused to work on my car "because its a classic " his words... also " because it's hard to find parts .. if they put it on the rack and they have to order a part online they have a rack down for nothing for a week" so basically I'm not worth the time and it's too complicated for them because "if they can pick up the part from autozone or somewhere close by " Thanks for nothing .. what are they teaching mechanics these days?!? On Wednesday, we called around to a few places to see whether we could get an appointment for service. One highly-rated place was backed up through the following week, so they were out. Kedron Tire said we could bring in the vehicle for same-day service. Another advantage they have is that it is within easy golf cart driving and we could even walk it one-way for drop off or pick up, if necessary. We dropped it off at lunchtime and asked for an oil change, tire rotation, and a battery check. They provided an estimate for a new battery in case it was needed. Around 3:30 p.m. they called to say that the vehicle was ready for pick-up. We stopped by just before 5 p.m. They confirmed that the battery was, in fact, almost dead and provided some diagnostic stats to justify the replacement. Pricing wasn't unreasonable. I appreciated the ease and promptness of the whole service experience here.

Performing unauthorized auto work is completely unacceptable. I stood my ground, refused to pay for the service I never ordered, and received my keys back. Their prices are way too high and their business practices are unfair. I have already moved my business to a much more reasonable and honest local shop.
