I landed on Care Dental, and made my appointment as a new patient using their easy scheduling page, and I had an appointment a day later at my time of choosing. I arrived early, parking was plentiful and easy, and I was professionally greeted by the receptionist in a very cozy waiting room, where I was given a digital pad to complete my registration. With little wait, I was guided by a very friendly, professional dental technician for X-rays and then led to a very nice dental chair with a view. She took care of all the prep and made me feel very comfortable. Without much of a wait, I was greeted by Dr. Rahat Aziz. In summary, this was the most comfortable, professional, smooth, painless, honest (she was direct about the damage my neglect had caused without being harsh about it), and kind dental experience that I have ever had. I hesitated giving this review because I fear that many others will take advantage of this glowing gem. I have found my one and only dentist for life. I told the dentist wife that I had always paid their office in full before I left their office in the past. The wife told me she made a mistake in 2014, she over estimated the insurance company payment but only charged my copayment. In the past 4 years, I have never received any bill from the maple dental care office. I was even surprised that the dentist wife told me the total cost for the 2 teeth filling was about $485. On 6/15/2018, I took leave from my job and went to the maple dental care at 2:15 pm for the 2:30 pm appointment to clear off the old fake bill and to let Dr. Vu check a metal wire he installed between my 2 teeth. To my surprise, the Maple Dental Care office was closed for the day. I had no choice to leave Dr. Vu a note on the door. I asked 2 other doctor's offices nearby, they told me that Dr. Vu's office only opens one or two days a week and they close in early afternoon. I left phone message to Dr.Vu but he never called back. Most people to have decayed teeth filled at dentist's office to expect it could last more than 5 years. Yet, my teeth filling at Dr.Vu's Maple Dental Care lasted less than 4 years.

Many times, that causes more issues. However, Dr. Hong is very honest in what he does and he refers patients to specialists when special skills are needed. Also, he is ALWAYS on time and does not delay the appointments. Most importantly, my mom and I, we are 100% satisfied with his treatments and trusts his treatment plans and his service. Although we live far away from his office, we've never thought about finding a new dentist as it is hard to find a trustful dentist! I would give 100 starts or more if I can.
