Michael Prate came out himself and walked me through the job. We had used them before to replace a hail-damaged shake roof about 20 years ago and they did a fine job. When we decided to remove the shake because of age and insurance issues. (No insurance company is happy with shakes), The crew arrived on time (early) every day. They were very professional and courteous. Carlos was the lead and he was super. He even went above and beyond by taking down our old satellite dish and even was willing to wash our two skylights. Art was the clean-up man and he literally filled a huge dumpster and another smaller one with our roof debris, by himself. What a guy. Every night they cleaned up like they were finished and not coming back. The job took three days but it looks great. They sent an inspector out to check the job the following day. Their expert analysis is I have excess water due to seeing a dirty gutter and per the work order they sealed it properly and I should have done it again by now. I've had concrete done before. Neighbors on the street have had concrete w/ similar driveways and I've never seen similar deterioration. Additionally and of course it was out of warranty. 2. On the day of the concrete pour I was informed the original design for the porch wouldn't work bc of our slope which we discussed at nauseum bc I knew it was a concern but again they were clearly not qualified. 3. I had to stop them mid-brick work in the back because they knocked down the existing brick and started to rebuild it the exact same way. I had to re-explain the new design to the team. Additionally they didn't slant it correctly or allow for the water to drain into the grass so after big rains excess water builds and slowly drains through unless I get out there to push it out. 4. They thought the brick around the grill in the pic below was an acceptable finish. (My entire neighborhood can see my backyard due to the way it sits btw). I asked them to replace the dark bricks to make it uniform and were given cracked and chipped replacements. At least its one color now I guess. Overall super disappointing experience because, we did our driveway one summer, landscaping the next, and just had our siding redone this spring and now the driveway is embarrassing.

They were the only company that provided a detailed estimate to us. One roofing company gave us just a dollar amount and nothing in writing. Another roofing company provided an estimate but it had very little details as to what additional costs could be possibly incurred if there was any underlying roof damage. They weren't the lowest priced estimate but they were competitive with the lowest estimate received. We selected them because their online reviews were excellent and honestly those reviews are well deserved.

Peerless Roofing was recommended to me by a neighbor who had his roof done by them approximately…read moreten years ago. My experience with this company has been very good, starting with the initial visit and inspection through the installation of the gutters and downspouts. Of all the roofers I had out to give estimates, Blake and his team were the only ones to physically go up on the roof to do an inspection. All the others merely stood on the ground and did visual inspections. Blake also gave a very honest assessment of the roof's condition (i.e. that it could last another 2-3 years) whereas all the other roofers just said it needed to be replaced. This honesty was one of the reasons I gave Peerless the job. Their estimate was also very detailed, so as to make comparisons with other bids easy, whereas some of the "bids" were nothing more than a contract to sign with all the details done verbally. Once the job was started, the crew worked extremely hard, from 6:30 in the morning until after 6 at night. All landscaping was covered and the group did a conscientious clean-up when the job was complete. The gutters were done the next day and that crew also worked very fast and did a great job. All in all, Peerless did a very professional job from beginning to end. While not the cheapest company, I felt that the job they did was well worth the cost of the contract. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family.
